I was extremely happy with my car buying experience there. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. Made me feel more comfortable with continuing with the sale, the same day i walked in. I normally like to have options and to think on them before going and making such a commitment. After 30 days of having the vehicle (warranty done) I had to replug a tire and replace another one since the band in the tire broke. When i called us auto they told me that its my responsibility and tires falls in the category "basic maintenance". I was shocked! Well today the other 2 tires bands have broken in them! My family and i were put in an unsafe vehicle when i was lead to believe otherwise, and i get told its my responsibility!! I suggest, GO OTHER places first and see what your options are! Dont let them sweet talk you into an unsafe vehicle! Oh and I didnt even get to pick any other car expect what they had in the lot.. That should have been my first red flag. Lesson learned

The worst people ever!! my fiancee purchased a truck from them...even with a trade, they try to get another $1000 from him! just kept adding more and more money...plus, they have a feature on their vehicles, that if you dont make a payment, they will shut it off! We didnt even make our first payment, and they shut it off out of the blue! I told them they wanted too much for the truck, tried to get his old one back, and they wouldnt help us!! Even called and were trying to check references (proving the deal wasnt final), but still wouldnt give us our old vehicle back! Needless to say, I took their truck back to them!! Do not buy a vehicle from them!!!!!!!!!! They will rip you off and take advantage of you!!!!!

I would like to say how Please I have been with my past Experience with US Auto Sales. I bought 2 vehicles from them 1st was through Gainesville,Ga Location I went in explained my situation what I could afford they found me a great ride loved it and Customer Service was always Great in both locations Gainesville and Lawrenceville they helped me out so much . I traded that one in got a truck at Lawrenceville area they made sure everything was took care off if i had problems with the vehicles they worked with me got it fixed . This place is BEYOND A JOKE after seeking out a car the salesman plainly told us he had it on the lot. While driving there we received a text message asking if we were coming, we responded back we were 3 mins away, upon arrival no one greeted us then to top it off they claimed they sold the car within the 3 minutes and it wasnt even on the lot. The salesman were not helpful and very rude. We drive over 45 minutes when they could have easily told us the didnt have the car we were interested in. Needless to say we bought a car from another lot and will NEVER do business with this company again.

Wow! Wow! Wow! All I can say is Mike Cash and our Sales guy Ole did an amazing job getting us in a car today! When other people said no they gave us a few reasons why they could say yes, it was the easiest and fastest car buying experience Ive ever witnessed. At no time did I feel like "what am I get myself into" they broke everything down and made sure I understood everything very clearly, and for that I will definitely bring all my family and friends to these guys they are AMAZING! The staff was helpful and very forthcoming. Polite and helpful in choosing the vehicle and options. For the initial phone conversation Ola was "GREAT", Mike the sale Manager was also helpful as well. Tina who performed the closing was very detailed and insured all questions were answered and nothing was hidden. Mike was really nice but, we did not end up buying a car here. We told him from the start that down payment was going to be a problem, but payments were not, then they wanted 2000 down when we got to numbers. Felt a little like he wasnt even listening. The truck we went to test drive did not start and when we looked under hood it had a leak.

I went in with my daughter to help her buy her first car. Instead we both got one (It was what I always wanted) and I couldnt be happier. I am trying now to get a hold of Kevin, or Mike (on the phone) and having trouble getting thru. Anyone know how to get thru to the lit itself and not the customer service elsewhere? Its very frustrating.
