I can definitely say that my experience with this car company has not be good. I do not like the fact that you can only pay in cash or through bank of America. The Bank of America option sounds good but they do not get your payment right away. Actually it take 3 to 5 days for them to verify even though it goes into their account. My car was repod by mistake because the person at the counter did not post my payment. It was repod while eating out. It only took the company 3 hours to confirm that they had the car and about 5 hours total to get it back to me. What did the company do for me, due to their error. A big fat I am sorry that happened to you. During the time that the company that does their repos kept telling me it was on the way. I missed a doctors appt that took me two months to get and my children was at school with no ride home. When I finally arrived at the school to pick them up, they were the only two children there. I must say that I have never dealt with people that really do not pride themselves on the customer experience. I would not refer my worst enemy to go there. I can blame anyone but my self for having bad credit due to a horrible divorce. if you have any other options, you may want to use them first. If you ever cant pay on time the option is to bring the vehicle in as a form of promise to pay. I cant wait to pay this car off so I do not have to deal with them anymore. Nightmare from car hell. I did have problems with the truck from the start and it was dirty inside but figured that was the best that I could get. They know you are limited on options because you are coming to see them anyways. When I first went into the location, I had an ad for the truck I purchased and it was cheaper with a smaller down payment. Due to it being tax season they went up on the trucks price and raised the down payment because the magazine was out dated a day, they would not honor.

I signed a contract on a 2007 Honda accord ex on 3/04/2014. Through out my time having a loan with Amigos I struggled financially during my 3 year loan. They repossessed my vehicle three times. I was aware there was no grace period. I certainly didnt understand when I got down to my last payment of $340.00 I lost my job and they repossessed for the third time. I advised that I could pay off the loan in a week, they didnt car still came and got the car. Once I got the money I ended up paying my last payment of 340.00 plus their repossession fee of $300.00. Once I paid the amount in full in January, my title was ready to pick up that Friday. I recently received an alert from Equifax stating that on 2/07 this auto loan was reported as repossessed which drop my score 20 points. I called Amigos and advised them of there mistake. The young lady at my payment center on South Cobb dr advised me to call Emily at the main office in Chamblee because she handles the reporting to Equifax. I called the office and they stated that Emily does not take calls or has a voicemail setup. I made the agent at the office aware of how urgent it was of the false reporting and how I paid Amigos $14,000.00 and gotten my title now I have dispute a false report on my credit. The agent advised me to mail a letter and wait on response in the mail. Long story short dont purchase a car from this company. After you get a loan with them and finally pay it off they will report it repossessed even after youve gotten the title.

well I bought a 04 chevy Tahoe I have two years with it and ever since that I havent had no ploblem with the suv. they give you good deal in downpayments and in payments and the people that help you they help you with good manners and when you dont have ur payment on time the people in collection there kind to reschedule your payment for next week I will defently buy a car from amigo auto sales!!
