I only used this dealership because I didnt have a down payment. I could get approved at other lots, but didnt have $1,000 +. My car was paid for and I only had liability. I had a blow out and damage the rear quarter panel and axle and some other things. I decided to go get a new car versus investing in an older car. They were the only ones that allowed me to break up a down payment, so I went with them. The car was really nice, no damage outside or inside and low mileage considering the age. Decided to go out with friends that night and the engine light came out. Took it back the next day, they said it was a sensor, nothing serious. It shouldnt come back on, if it did, theyd fix it. Well, the light came back on about a week later. The service department is only open Monday - Friday, 8 to 5. NO WEEKENDS!!! Whats the purpose in having a service department if you dont service the customers. I took it to another shop who has flexible, reasonable hours and was told the water pump was leaking. It wasnt holding coolant and decided to just go with a reputable mechanic versus having to take off work and taking it back to them (PARS) only for them to continue to reset sensors and patch a problem. Lesson learned. Im sure they knew this was an issue, amongst some other things that Ive found out, and dont care. They just wanted to make the sale and take advantage of people because you need a vehicle to get around. The salesman and his team were extremely nice and accommodating. Its after purchasing the car that was the nightmare for me. I cant afford to pay for a car Im not driving or for them to pretend the problem isnt serious and more damage is done.

If i could have given zero or negative stars i would have. This is the absolute worst customer service and management ive ever experienced. Sold me a janky car in which the check engine light came on after my second time cranking the car. Ive been back to the dealership so many times they know me personally. When i dropped my car i was very clear that if they couldnt finish the job by the end of business then I would bring it back on another day. I also stated for them to call and let me know before they got started to verify it would be done. By the time they called me it was too late. Too far gone to put it back together and too long to finish the job seeing that they dont work past 5. I asked about a rental or temporary vehicle in the meantime. Nobody has tried to help at all. By the time i spoke with Gene Hester, he was telling me it had to be a major repair and be in the shop 3-4 days. And then i told him that is how long my car would be there and he then said weekend days dont count. I then asked for a higher up manager or owner and he stated they dont have an owner. He refused to give me his bosses name or allow me to speak with a manager above him and hung up in my face. This is not how you deal with customers who pay their hard earned money for cars that are supposed to be reliable.

I recently went and purchased my 2nd vehicle from Pars Cars. I called ahead a spoke with Arnold. I told him my credit was not good due to a recent job loss and I was rebuilding my credit. He said what kind I car you looking for. I said preferably an Impala, I have had an Impala since I was a teenager, plus Im 63", so I needed leg room. I got to the location and met up with him at 10am. I had about $1000 on me ready to put down but went in stating I only had about $700 of course to negotiate things. All I have to say is ARNOLD made sure I got the car that I wanted and some pretty decent payments. I was honest with him about my situation and finances and he and his bosses were able to work and settle on a good ride for me. A 2010 Impala black interior at that with low mileage. Since I had the car, I only had 1 issue but that issue was common in Impalas a/c units and they fixed it the next day in a little under an hour. I havent had any issues since. This is my real experience. Mind you I have 2 recent car repos on my credit due to me losing my job but Arnold helped me out. When you go up there, Ask for Arnold. This man will be honest with you and take care of you frfr.

This is the worst place possible to get a reliable vehicle. I cannot speak for other locations but this one right here is not the move. They do work with you to put you in a vehicle but what good is it to pay a car note on a lemon?! I purchased my Vehicle in November 2016, a Toyota Sienna and about after one week the check engine light came on. I let them know about my concerns returned the van so they could fix it. All they did was replace the gas cap. (Which as been done two more times since then.) Then my change gear went out, which initially I thought it was the transmission. My van has been revving up and pulling every time I press the accelerator. I have decided to allow another company to service it because they refuse to really do any work on it. They keep giving me the run around telling me they fix it when I bring it there when I know they havent. How can it be fixed when the same things keep happening. Just brought the van back last Thursday for check engine light again, and guess what? By Sunday it was back on. Purchase a vehicle from this place at your own risk. I would never purchase from them again!

Pars cars sold me a 2006 honda civic which seemed pretty good while on the test drive. Three days later the right speaker went out. they took me through the run around and said the speaker was not covered under warranty then eventually fixed it after I spoke with numerous different people. The opposite speaker than broke three days later again!!! They said they would fix it. Three weeks into my new car, I started to hear an enormous schretching sound and rumbling as I pressed on the brake. It continued as my foot was on as well as off the break. I had to get them fixed right away because I work so far. I called into pars cars customer service they transferred me to a guy who said that I could bring in the receipt and they would do a reimbursement. I was called back immediately by two other service reps who said I would not be reimbursed and basically it was my problem. The car I am paying on is 15,000. Havent had it for three weeks and have to purchase new brakes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone. I was in a bind and didnt have much of an option on purchasing a vehicle, I have little credit and needed something reliable to get to work.I heard that this car dealership works with you. more like against you. I purchased a vehicle( 2007 Volkswagen Passat) at the end of July and it is now November the engine has to be replaced which out-of-pocket thats $1,750 or I could buy my own engine and have it installed for $500 plus tax since Ive gotten the vehicle the check engine light has not gone off. on the way home from the dealership when I purchased vehicle the check engine light came on. I have gone to Duluth and morrow location neither have been helpful in resolving issue. the only thing they have done was reset engine light and replace a coil. In order to get into another car I would need $2,500 to break contract. Go somewhere else they will get you. READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING!!!!!!!!!
