I heard about Central Auto Sales thru a friend. Was looking for a car for my son. I know my credit wasnt the best, so I thought I had to probably go to a buy here pay here lot. I did meet both Steve and Keith on my initial visit on a Monday 8/29. I stopped by on my lunch break. just basically checking out the inventory and to see how things work. I was supposed to come back on that Saturday with my son, Steve wouldnt be there but left info with Keith, but I didnt make it. Anyway, my son and I came back out the next Saturday, with all the paperwork, and 1200 downpayment, ready to buy a vehicle. I saw 2 cars on my first visit, of course you have to be ready to buy or theyll got sold. Of course they didnt have the cars anymore. We met with Keith, I guess Steve doesnt work on Sats. There really wasnt anything we liked, my sons a big fella 64 they only had compact, midsize cars lots of big SUVs. Not trying to purchase a big SUV. He did test drive an 03 grand prix, meh. We did the #s anyway, it was going to be 190.00 every 2 weeks! We didnt think it was worth it. We were leaving and Keith was like "wait, I think I may have something" (seeing that sale go out the door)It was a nice looking 01 Grand Marquis, that wasnt ready yet, they still had to inspect it, that was more of my sons taste.Keith said" Im gonna get dibs on this, dont spend that downpayment." I asked when could the car be ready and he said midweek, were thinking great! I told him I would more than likely have more of a downpayment also. he said he would call me, we heard nothing from him. It worked out, I qualified for a vehicle at Gwinnett CDJR Dealership in Stone Mountain, where I purchased my 14 Chrysler 300 in 2014. I had saved up $800 more, My son is driving a newer vehicle, more to his liking. his name is on the car and the payments are not bad. Just from the reviews, and my friends recommendation, I have no doubt that Central Auto Sales is a good place of business. That was just my experience, maybe they felt they were wasting their time with me.

From the time I walked on the lot at Central Auto Sales I felt comfortable. I had been to several other dealerships and was worn out by the rude, high pressure dealers. Edward greeted me very nicely, patiently answered all my questions and even offered my family and I cold soft drinks, water and tea. When I decided on my beautiful Toyota Camry, Steve let me test drive it with my family so we would be comfortable and get a feel for the car. He was honest about EVERYTHING! He told me about properly maintaining the car in the future, gave me the car note I wanted and even helped me find inexpensive full coverage insurance. And when I make my payments Margaret is always so friendly and kind. She even asks about my children. Central Auto is the absolute best place to buy a dependable, affordable used car. They have quality cars and they care about their customers. I would give them 10 stars if I could. UPDATE!!!! Sooooo... Its two years later and Ive finished paying for my car!!! Throughout this process the entire staff has been AMAZING! Steve, Miss Margaret, Edward, and Keith have treated me like family. They have individually and collectively been honest, patient and kind. They have won me over as a life long customer. Today when I came to make my final payment, Steve gave me a free oil change!! Central Auto Sales of Decatur is THE BEST place to buy a car. Thank you guys!

I first heard about Central Auto Sales through my dad back in 1996. He and my mom bought their cars from Central Auto Sales. My dad was very impressed with how they treated him. Not like a customer but like he was a part of their family. My dad passed away in 1997, He just bought a Marquis from Central Auto Sales 6 months before he passed away. Central Auto Sales help us through that very difficult time. So when I decided to buy my next car, I thought of Central Auto Sales. Edward and Steve made me feel like family. I understood what my dad meant when he said they treated him like family. When I left Central Auto Sales today, I drove off in my car I got from them. I left them and went to my brother to tell him of my experience. He said he will be sending his daughter to Central Auto Sales. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

My initial experience with Central Auto Sales was awesome.. They treated my family as well as myself as tho we were part of the Central Auto Sales family before I signed my name on the dotted line.. I had my 4yr old and my 8yr old with me and they worked well with them. The process was smooth and the customer service is outstanding. .. I was referred by a friend whos a returning customer working on his second vehicle with this company. Im pleased to say I became part of the Central Auto Sales family.. I would recommend them to friends, family, co-workers, social media followers etc... Theyre better than the bigger dealers.. in my daughters words Steves the man lol. Everyone was great

Every once in a while you find a diamond in the rough, Central Auto is that diamond. The pride and knowledge the staff has on hand has been unlike any other. Once you walk through the door your one of the family and it show. I was always a little unsure of buy here pay here dealerships, but i was referred by a friend and took his advice. These guys have different approach to the whole car buying thing. Before Central Auto buys a car to represent them you can trust it has gone through a stringent test, even after that they still do a 72 point inspection and get a Car-Fax. Professionalism at its best!

Central Auto Sales is a great place to purchase vehicles. For many years my family has considered Central Autos a go to for car purchases. The people are warm, inviting, and make you feel like you are part of the family. Anytime I come to central auto I feel as though they are genuinely happy to see me.
