I had put in for a finance loan and received a call from Mr Freddy a day or so later on a Tuesday, I attempted to call back later on that afternoon around 1:00, but was told that he was busy with another customer and hed call be back once he finished. No worries...however, I didnt receive a call back for another 4 days! Now, Im no sales rep expert, but Im smart enough to know that if you show interest in purchasing a car a sales rep will HOUND you until they get an answer. But this wasnt the case. When I did get the call back Saturday morning from Mr Freddy, the conversation was pleasant and informative, we discussed what my needs were and where I stood on financing. Im a stickler when it comes to having a co-signer, I really would prefer NOT to. I feel if this is something that I want then I alone should be responsible for it, and I expressed this to Mr Freddy, which he seemed like he fully understood and respected at the time. That was a mistake on my part. The conversation ended on the idea that he would call me back by the end of the day and let me know where I stood and what my options would be. It started approaching 6:45 pm, I knew that they closed at 7:00, so I started to worry and gave them a call to check on things, when Mr Freddy answered he seems as though he had forgotten all about our hour long conversation earlier. He told me that he had gotten backed up but will give me a call on Monday around 12:00. When Monday came around I had made sure to stay close to my phone so I wouldnt miss the call.....I had gone through my entire work shift without any word from ANYONE! I decided to head over to the dealership (this was about 6:00PM), when I walked in I had sat down and patiently waited until Mr Freddy finished with his current customer. He came over to me a few times to let me know he knew I was there and would be with me soon. When I did finally make it to his desk he had a finance application ready for me to fill out.......now I was a little confused because if I needed to fill out this paperwork AGAIN, why wasnt that stated to me earlier? Red flag #2. After filling out the paperwork for a second time I figured wed start moving forward, however, SINCE IT WAS LATE, he would need to wait until the next day to submit the paperwork to the bank. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He took me outside to look at a few cars that he felt would be in my price range, I even put a $100 deposit on a car I liked. He told me that hed get to work on it and give me a call in the morning with an update. The next morning came and went without a phone call from Mr Freddy (no surprise there), when I called the office around 3:00 to ask what the hold up was, I was told that today was Mr Freddys day off and he would be back tomorrow....*sigh* At this moment I was fit to be tied, I asked the woman if my file could be handed off to another sales rep. She told me she would and the new sales rep would call back in about an hour. 3 more hours pass and still no phone call, I went down there after my shift around 6:00 and sat with my "new sales rep", who immediately told me that they couldnt do anything for me at this time with their current inventory. Im honestly surprised at my ability to contain my composure, I wanted to scream my head off. I took my deposit back and left, went straight to Kia Autosport down the street and walked away with a beautiful 2013 Kia Soul WITHIN MY FINANCE PARAMETERS! I read all the awesome reviews with Direct Auto Exchange and expected my experience to be the same but I wasnt. Maybe it would have been if I had been with a more competent sales rep.

My wife and I have purchased many cars in our 25 years of marriage and it was always a dreaded affair. As events would have it we were forced to go car shopping again. We agonized over everything from would we be faced with pushy sales people to high payments that we couldnt afford. A friend of mine suggested Direct Auto Sales because of her car buying experience. First of all Ashley Bodiford is an amazing sales person, the best weve ever dealt with. Not only for her knowledge of the inventory but how she listened and showed great patience. She found the perfect car for an amazing price. Then we have the owner Tyrone Davis and there are no words to describe how well he took care of us. He asked us exactly what kind of payment we were looking for and he sat down with us to show us our current credit situation. If that was not all Mr. Davis went to work on our financing and came back with a payment and terms that were not exactly what we wanted but BETTER!!! Im telling you this was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever received!!! And not only those two great individuals but Lester in the service department took complete care of us during our test drives and answered questions about how to care for our new car. There are not enough words to express how grateful and appreciative we are for the awesome car buying experience we received at Direct Auto Exchange. I highly recommend going there and nowhere else. Thanks Ashley and thanks again Tyrone for making us a part of the Direct Auto Exchange family.

I had an awesome experience at Direct Auto Exchange. The dealership was recommended to me by a friend who also bought his car from this Direct Auto Exchange. Justin met me in the parking with a smile and a handshake. He went out of his way to ensure that I had the best experience at Direct Auto Exchange. I ended up purchasing a 2011 S Corolla. The owner Tyrone was hands on to answer questions that I had about my trade in. I feel he gave me more than a fair deal for my run down Chevy Cavalier. Overall, I would rate the customer service as excellent. I was greeted from every staff member I encountered. The receptionist gave me a warm smile and a cheerful welcome. I was even acknowledged by other salesmen during my visit. Justin took a great deal of time with me to explain every detail of the financing process and contracts. He was very knowledge about all of the inventory on the lot. I must commend Justin on exemplifying excellent customer service even when I was asking a plethora of questions. He assisted me throughout the process of purchasing the vehicle and went out of his way to ensure that I knew how to operate the vehicle as well as the features. That spoke volumes to me. Justin spoke highly of the quality products and professional atmosphere that Direct Auto Exchange strives to enhance daily. I experienced this professionalize first-hand while at the dealership. The atmosphere in the place was electric and the salesmen seemed very dedicated to their customers.

While visiting a well-marketed car dealership in search for a larger more reliable vehicle for my active family, I was quoted erroneous information and treated poorly. Needless to say, I began to get discouraged. I spoke with a good friend whose family had purchased several vehicles from Direct Auto Exchange within the last year and had a great car buying experience, so I took her advice and stopped in and met with Tyrone. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with warmth from the receptionist and other staff members. When I met with Tyrone, he simply asked me what I was looking for and what payment range I was comfortable with. Immediately, Tyrone pointed to a new addition to the lot - a 2009 Nissan Murano with a little over 47K miles on it!! The Murano has leather, is clean and spacious and perfectly fits the needs of my family!! After I test drove it with Lester, I fell in love with it!! Tyrone also gave me a great price for my trade!! The whole process was so quick. I could not believe how easy it was! Tyrone listened to mine and my familys needs and any reservations that I had initially (stemming from my previous experience at the other dealership), we talked through them & MAN did he deliver!! My family is now in a safe, reliable and gorgeous ride! I will forever be grateful - and will recommend any and everyone to Direct Auto Exchange!!!
