VERY DISSAPOINTED. Came in with my baby because my current car was on its last legs. Took Nicks INSISTENT word that this car was a great car hed driven with no issues, just minor cosmetic defects. I may have expected some sort of maintenance down the line, but NOT as soon as I left the SAME DAY. I took it to Firestone AND Tuffys (this same day) where I was told the car needed engine mounts and the next day HIS SUGGESTION Auto Master (after calling with my complaint that was given the typical "you bought it as-is" response) who also told me the radiator had a leak (the car isnt holding coolant). Mind you, his suggestion insisted they have no ties.... PLZ!... Im already at $1000 worth of fixes and I havent even had the car 2 days. Sad that I was taken advantage of, in my time of need. It goes a long way to at least inform a customer of what they might be in for, and Im almost sure they were fully aware. But at the end of the day, lesson learned. BUYER BEWARE. Again, VERY DISSAPOINTED. Steering ALL of my friends away.

Update: The owner (I assume) just called me after reading my review. After I said I did not want to do business with how rude he is he responded with "Yeah you left me a bad review because youre a pig" and then hung up the phone. I will be contacting BBB and reporting you. You should really get out of the customer service business. Ill be sure to tell everyone just how you deal with customers. Just called to ask for information on a 2012 Jetta they have listed on their site. I went by yesterday and was told the car was at the mechanic. When I called today the man that answered was extremely rude on the phone. When I said I was calling for information on the Jetta all he responded with was "ok"...after I then asked "Can you tell me about it?" the only thing he responded with was "Its at the mechanic" in a very rude tone. I will definitely be taking my cash elsewhere.

the service here sucks... the car I purchased was a piece of junk!!! they are all for the money they will not let you know everything that is wrong with your car and I didnt have mine for a whole day went back to discuss my situation with them and they did nothing but say they couldnt help me I brought it as is!! poor attitudes when it comes to customer service!! be careful they have a useless mechanic because he doesnt do his job... no oil, blown gasket (their for when I was headed back oil came out every where!!), smoke blew through my AC, windows go down by them self, had to replace my sensor coolent temp... I have spent more money into fixing my car then what it is truly worth... be careful with getting a car from this dealership they do not care about you or your needs as an individual when it comes to the good and the bad with their cars!!!

Took one of their cars to the mechanic for a buyers inspection, before I even got there the car started overheating so I turned it off and on at a stop light and watched a huge cloud of smoke blow out of the exhaust. Mechanic told me everything that was wrong with the car, and there was a lot, but what struck me the most was that the check engine light was disengaged, which is illegal. I barely made it back to their dealership as I had to stop 5-6 times to let the engine cool down and was scared the car was going to break down on me and that I would have to pay to get it towed. I understand these are used cars but I would be extremely careful buying from these guys, as some of these cars arent even in working condition. Definitely have the car looked at by a mechanic before you buy it.

This is a small family owned car dealership. When the father was running the show, the dealership was actually respectable. I got referred there, and I referred my friends and family there. Now that the son took over, I dont recommend anyone go there. This guy isnt serious, doesnt pick up his phone, never there to show you the car, and he fixes the car himself like he is a mechanic. His car might look good, but if you are seriously considering buying a car here, get it checked out thoroughly. I would hate to tell you I told you so, if I ever met with you.

I literally just called to get some information on a car that I saw listed on their website. Before I could get 10 words out, the guy that i was speaking with began talking to someone else. He returns back to addreas me. I asked a question. He begins talking to the same person again. He returns back and answers my question. He hangs up before I could ask my follow up question. Customer service goes a long way with me. Suggestion: If youre going to rush the call.....DONT answer the phone.

Went there to speak with someone. Their sign clearly stated they opened at 9 and I arrived a little after 10 and no one was there. I did get a chance to walk their lot and look at the cars that they had available and they were garbage. There was only maybe one or two vehicles that actually look good. The rest of the vehicles where dirty had dents and scrapes, bad tires and just in poor condition. Dont waste your time!

FAIRTRADE AUTO IS A GREAT PLACE I ACTUALLY PURCHASED MY VEHICLE THERE TODAY AND DONT BOTHER WITH THE LAST REVIEW SOUNDS LIKE A BAD APPLE HAHA WELL ME AND MY WIFE PURCHASED A CAR FOR OUR DAUGHTER AND THE SAME CAR WAS $ 3,000 MORE DOWN THE STREET THE GUY WHO WORKS THERE TOLD ME THEY ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT WHOLESALES TO THE PUBLIC SO NOBODY CAN BEAT THERE PRICES ITS TRUE!!!!!! THANK YOU FAIRTRADE

I had a great experience buying a Chevy Trailblazer from them. The price was under blue-book value, and the sales guy (forget his name but hes the bald one!) was super nice and helpful. Ive had it for over two years and havent had any problems. Going back to buy my little sister a car there soon!

Great place! Best price I found on a truck and its been running great for a month now. The owner was nice and would stay late to work with me. They had a number of vehicles that looked attractive. The owner does have a busy lifestyle, but he was incredibly accommodating.

Pictures online are misleading drove almost two hours to see some cars posted online in "good condition", when I arrived the cars had all flat tires incredibly faded paint as well as very dirty inside.
