I was super super skeptical of DriveTIme. It took about two weeks to finally convince myself to go in. Once I got there, I was kicking myself for not going in sooner. I drove all the way from Valdosta, Georgia on a Tuesday afternoon. I would have drove my car home that evening, but my bank stopped the full down payment since I was out of state! However, they allowed me to put what I could down, and saved the car for me. Oh by the way, it does help that the entire staff is crazy good looking, well spoken, nice, and just generally great people. I drove back down that Saturday morning at 9am and I was on the road with my vehicle in about 2 1/2 hours. The ONLY thing keeping me from giving them a five and it is not really a big deal to me, but it may be to others...is the fact the car was dirty. I suggest possibly investing in a detailing crew so that the cars can be driving off looking shiny and new! To me it was not a big deal, but to the men of my life it as everything. Again...wonderful wonderful job! I did appreciate my full tank of gas. I love my car and I will be sending anyone I can down to see you guys!

The experience was a lot easier than expected. At the moment I walked in the door Alex greeted me and just talked, that was really cool. I felt comfortable and got straight to the point about my situation. I felt that he was more concern about me as a person than trying to sell a car. It was so effortless! I explained I was very apprehensive to visit because of my situation and thought that after numerous applications denials ( 4 to be exact), another denial would not hurt either way. Not only was I qualified, I was placed in a newer car with much much more features than ever thought was possible. Also with the financial options available, DriveTime provided me with control over my finances and payments. Thank you Alex!

Horrible experience!!!!! I brought a 2009 Nissan Sentra in Feb. of 2016 by May of 2016 the engine in the car had blew. I was stilled covered under warranty and received no help. My car sat at the auto shop they sent me to for claims for 3 months with no work done on it. I called the shop they blamed Drive Time, I called Drive Time they blamed the shop. My husband ended up having let his job go because it solely depended on us having transportation. I stopped making my car payment thinking this will get their attention. Yeah right they were only concerned about getting their money and not about fixing my car. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Came in just to look and see what I needed to do to be able to get a car since Im going through a divorce and my credit score dropped to the low 500s and Carlos Byrd and His manager were AMAZING!!!! I got a basically brand new car with 40,000 miles and only put 600$ down and my payments are only 60$ more a month than my previous car which was bought at thomasville toyaota plus i had a consigner! Drive time is not a sketchy place thats going to charge you more than any of the big dealerships or Kill you on payments! This is literally the easiest thing Ive ever done!!!! Come see Carlos and the guys here!!!!

Walked in at 9am on Saturday and drove away in an amazing vehicle at 4. By far the best car buying experience there is. Never pushy, and never made to feel uncomfortable. David was my salesman and never tried to bs anything. My stepdad and I know a good deal about vehicles and how they should run and look in certain places, so David took it as a learning opportunity for future reference. Erica was amazing as well. Very upbeat and peppy whos only concern was finding a car I loved and could afford. Definitely recommending them and will use again for next car.

Drive times great but dealing with bridgecrest will make u return your car. I got a car from them and they see my pay stubs shows I get paid on Mondays they put me on Fridays before the Monday I get paid. So everyday since the past 5 months they been charging me high interest when my pay check has not change. I have talk to numerous of people at bridgecrest and fax, e-mailed, and mailed my paystub but no one can recall receiving them but they received my papers for repairs. One I pay it off I will never go to them or recommend anyone to them.

I want to recognize Mr. CARLOS BYRD for the EXCELLENT customer service that was given to me in the purchase of my vehicle. He was very professional and very patient with me in deciding which vehicle I wanted. Mr. Byrd was scheduled to get off shortly after I arrived and he didnt leave until my sale was approved and closed. Jamaal is the man to see when you need a ride and had the blues from everywhere else in town and south Georgia. We been to at least 10 lots and was told all kinds and unimaginable things i cant help you. Jamaal made a way out of no way . Thank you Jamaal and Drive time . As a first time buyer financing on a vehicle, He allowed me to express my interest and showed me cars only that was best for me. Carlos did not pressure me or hassle me into a vehicle at all. My experience at Drive Time was absolutely amazing. The staff there are great. They make you feel welcomed. My sales man Joseph Manning was totally awesome. He sat with me and my family for three hours. He was extremely patient and kind. He got me the car I wanted with no problems. Overall my experience at Drive Time was wonderful. If you are looking for quality and wonderful service come down to Drive Time and ask for Joseph Manning hes the best!!!

If you are in need of a vehicle even if your credit is not good go by Drive Time in Tallahassee, FL. We had the best experience. David Jefferson was our sales man and he was extremely polite, helpful and comical. It was not the usual uptight test drive. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with every little question and concern without making us feel like we were an inconvenience. Thanks David and all of the Drive Time staff.
