ORIG -- Owner couldnt match the price of competitors on a set of new tires so he told me I could pay in installments. Which was the deciding factor for me. I got 4 new tires there about a week ago and wrote a check for the other half with the owners word that he would cash it in a month. I believed him because he said that his word it what separates him from the "big shops", that dont care about people. Well... that check got cashed today, and I over drafted. On a count of me taking him (the OWNER) at his work. Turns out his "word" doesnt separate him from anyone. Will never recommend business or get anything done from there again. EDIT-- I heard from the owner this morning. Apparently he saw my review and is willing to fix the mistake that occurred. That says a lot about him and the business he runs. I am willing to change my review to 4 stars on a count of him going out of his way to correct this mistake. Would recommend now. When there is a mistake, he owns up. Good man. Chris

Hi, Im Bob Adado and I would like to talk about my customers. Every one rates us but no one rates them so I thought I would do that. 5 star is the highest you can get and if I could go higher I would. I have been brought rolls from the best pastry shop in Leslie, pizza from Mason, customer made cookies and brownies. I open our service department myself every day M-F at 7.30 am. My customers come in and we laugh, joke, and share a cup of coffee as their car is being serviced. This is a business where my customers spend their money and I make my living. I am blessed to have such a great customer base. We always end our business with a hand shake and a smile and I want to thank our customers for that.

Adado was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life! My truck was so doctored up for the sale with cheap fixes to hide multiple defects for the sale. Service department....you would be better served using YouTube and fixing your own issues as they are incredibly incompetent. I havent had an issue that was fixed in one visit. Bob Adado has a less than professional attitude and will not stand behind his vehicles as it says on there website. Dont be fooled by there everyones approved sales hook and line. There are several other reputable dealers in the area offering the same in house financing. Buyer beware! I would not send my worst enemy to this place even for an oil change.

I had set an appointment on Monday with another shop for Thursday afternoon. When my fiancé got there, they told him they didnt have time and he would have to wait until the next Monday. I called Adado on Friday at 11 am and asked if I could bring the car in that day, as it needed to be fixed. He okd me to bring it in immediately. When I told him I couldnt get it there until 3:30, he told me they could still get it done for me. They ended up finding that 3 of the hubs were bad, rather than the 1 I expected. They even let my fiancé go out into the shop to verify. Seriously, a great place to go! Ill certainly be returning!

The times I have taken my vehicle in for service at Adado Auto Sales & Service, I have been given the royal treatment. Bob and his staff are great. I am a finicky, savvy consumer and this is my review: Their prices are very reasonable. Their turnaround times are the best Ive ever experienced. The quality of the work is outstanding. Would (and have) highly recommend(ed) Adado Auto Sales to friends and family.

I called and spoke with bob himself and to see if he could balance some tires for me{mind u this was at 12:30pm sat} he said bring it in and they did so in about 5 minutes and for the cheapest i have ever had tires balanced for, ta hell with discount tire ill be back bob .thank u much your new customer jim.
