I dodged a bullet after I took a vehicle to the mechanic to be checked out. I caught my salesperson in multiple bold faced lies in the two days I spent there. Car had 12k miles, was listed with no accidents on the CarFax. Come to find out the gentleman at the dealership (where I was waiting to have the vehicle inpsected) saved me time and money by pointing out: 1) The back left side had been painted, it wasnt factory paint. He even showed me where it was already chipping off. 2) He could smell that the car had a leak at some point. He pointed to a hole in the weather stripping that could be the cause. Upon returning to Royal Import Cars, I told them what I had discovered. My salesman, without skipping a beat, insisted the car had NEVER been painted, and that he would "warranty" the paint. How could he say with absolute certainty that the car had NEVER been painted? Either it was painted before it got to him (and he didnt know about it) or it was painted as it was repaired by him by some shop that doesnt report to CarFax. The second lie was a lot more benign. When I returned the car after a test drive I mentioned a funny noise as i used the brake, he responded "oh yeah thats because it hasnt been driven in so long." During negotiations, I commented "You really want to sell this car" to which he responded "Eh, Im not worried as it gets driven 2-3x per week". However, this should have been a huge red flag. Never trust someone whose knee jerk reaction is to lie!! I would highly discourage doing business with these folks, they do shady work and lie to your face.

Im from Canada and bought a car from them after searching the web for a good deal. The price was very good so I decided to go on with the purchase. It was not possible for me to go there and pick up the car so I had to rely on an auto transport company to bring me the car. Things were not that bad except that it took them around 10 days to clear my cashiers check (after receiving it from Fedex) and release the title of the car. The problem was that no one there was able to tell me what was going one. After a couple of days, I started to call daily and was told many stories instead of the plain truth. (I even was put on hold for 20 minutes, on a long distance call, before I gave up and called again). It seems that it was the first time that they had to clear a check from outside of Georgia (my check was emitted by the Bank of New York.) and it took much more time then what they are used to. It would have been a lot more pleasant experience if someone would have took the time to really find out what was going on and tell me the truth right away. The price was very good, the car was clean and in good condition, but its was a very unpleasant and stressful experience for the reasons stated above.

Absolutely Not. If u can find the same car elsewhere, go elsewhere. I have purchased several cars in Atlanta and never has it taken over 2 MONTHS not weeks to get proper emissions and registration. I purchased a Mercedes C class but have been driving a Toyota as a loaner until the repairs are made. I am exhausted and extremely stressed due to my experience here. Now I will say, You cant beat there prices with a bat, however you get what you pay for .

These reviews are family and employees ! This place is a SCAM . They will tell you anything to make the car seem reliable . The have lied to me the entire time I have been a customer . I have only drove the car I purchased 2 occasions (purchased in 2016) The rest I have been in a "loaner" if u can call it that ! They will be shut down in no time .. RUN THE OTHER WAY unless u have money and time to just BLOW you cant put a price on piece of mind.

Provides excellent customer service. The car I purchased runs great and the prices for the quality of the cars are hard to beat! Merchant is a great salesman. He really looks at both ends from seller to customer. I think there needs to be more car salesman who really provide excellent deals and not just trying make extra cash. I highly recommend doing business with him!

The car runs great and the condition is amazing for its mileage. The windshield was cracked and they fixed it for no charge. What a great place to buy a decently priced car.
