This place is a joke pay attention to the reviews people!!!! We were approved twice while waiting to save our down payments the cars were sold. Finally they had another car we wanted and had our down payment so we applied again. Called to make sure everything was OK and the guy started yelling at my wife saying we already applied twice never bought a car and now refuses to sell us a car which is their loss. Look at his replies to peoples reviews you can clearly see he acts and thinks like a child. Go else where let me add too that I had my husband call ask for the bank number who denied him because the guy was acting like he had no idea. So my husband calls the number to ask person didnt even ask his name and said he was denied because of the length of time he has been at his job and residence. Which is funny because we were approved twice before. The only difference was he had been at his job longer and residence longer than when we were approved the other two times. He was just mad that we didnt buy the other two cars and this car was about 2,000 less than the other two cars we were approved for. Update to owners response we were not turned down all three times the first two times you approved us the first time we applied they wanted 3000 down second time we applied for a cheaper car they asked for 2250 down we thought we were getting our taxes which is why we reapplied. The third time you declined us because we didnt buy a car the first two times. So continue with your lies. It was your loss not mine you actually did me a favor I got a car same price range less money down and about 40,000 miles less. We advise everyone to not go here!!! Auto Gallery in Lawrenceville GA will give you a way better deal without acting like a child!!! Also if you actually read my review I did contact your so called bank which was the person sitting next you. Also if you think throwing a fit and speaking so fast you can barely be understood is speaking in a professional manner then I dont know what to tell you. We never had a conversation about our down payment needing to be ready. You guys even called us back a week after our second application to see if we were still going to buy the car and we told you our taxes were delayed and we would contact you when we had the down payment. So like I said above continue with your lies hoping people will read your response thinking oh they are just a disgruntled customer but anyone with common sense knows we have no reason to write this if it didnt happen. Because your exactly right on one part you had no reason to not sell us a car and did hurt your own business but like I said before as well not our problem and you did us a favor!!!!

Update: I brought a Honda Pilot from Tak in September (3 months ago). Within a week after I bought it the engine light came on. Before I paid for the service. I called Tak to informed them about the situation. Although, I purchased the Pilot as is (no warranty) Tak purchased the part, and fixed the catalysis converter. I appreciate their honesty and fairness. However, since then, Ive had nothing but hell on wheels with this Honda Pilot. 1. My car wouldnt crank. It stopped on me Thanksgiving Eve under the garage in Atlantic Station. I had to call my insurance to get a tow truck. They towed it to Goodyear. The issues were: A. The radiator B. Alternator C. Oil needed changing (however, I was told by Tak they put fresh oil in it.) D. The breaks were scrubbing F. The lights inside the truck doesnt work (only a few) G. The steering wheel pump is leaking (I couldnt get that fix, because I had to pay to get the radiator, alternator, oil change, and the breaks fix. Instead they put steering wheel fluid in it for the time being.) I paid $7,3000.00 for the 2005 Honda Pilot. I paid out over $1,800.00 to get everything fix). Not to mention the spark plugs need to be change, and the airbag light keep coming on. I was better off buying a new model car for the price I paid and what Im paying out now. I regret I bought this Honda Pilot. Do yourself a huge favor look elsewhere. This is a quick sale scheme. They half fix the cars to get it running for a short period of time. Im very disappointed, because I do not have money to waste and its only been 3 months. The breaks were slightly scrubbing in November. The airbag light came on within one month. The other issues started within 3 months. I knew I was in for a surprise when the engine light came on. They are nice, respectful gentlemen, but I doesnt make up for the money I paid for the car, and how much Im spending out. Yet, I still have ways to go to fix issues on this car. Dont waste your money or time- look else where. Thank you kindly.

Best advice is to avoid this place. I went to look at a vehicle that I saw in one of their CL postings. I test drove the car and it drove ok, there were some issues that would need to be addressed. I told Frank that I would come back to take the vehicle in for inspection and make the purchase. He said that was fine. I went back to the Tak to take the car in for inspection and finalize the purchase ( I had the check in hand). There was a small waiting period before my inspection appointment (with a local mechanic), and we decided to go grab a bite to eat. The guy that was at Tak was prepping the vehicle with the dealer tags, so that we could drive the car to the mechanic. When we came back to pick the car up (less than an hour), I was told the vehicle had been sold to someone that didnt want to get an inspection. I found it odd that someone bought the vehicle in less than an hour and didnt test drive it, as the vehicle had not left the spot that it was parked. I also found it odd that he mentioned that this "person" didnt want an inspection. It was almost as if they were punishing me for second guessing their own mechanic. I found the whole situation really weird. I did not haggle with them and I even agreed to the crappy 3month/3k warranty, which btw, is not "free". The warranty doesnt cover much of anything. I know because I work in the car warranty business. They are not supposed to cover much. Guess Tak didnt want my money. On another note, I saw another review from a mechanic about the half assed repair work on one of their cars. Im inclined to believe they offer these warranties to cover themselves. Id look somewhere else for a car.

I bought 2 cars from Tak Auto in May 2015. Pontiac Vibe and a Hyundai Santa Fe. Our Santa Fe started over heating in less than a week. I took it back to their mechanic, Farhad(2 Brothers Auto Repair), who promptly fixed it with no charge. This was not under the drive train warranty but they took care of it for me. Note that Tak Auto does not make cars, they just fix them as best as they can and sell them. I knew that over heating maybe an issue, because I read reviews on the particular make/model and this was one of the complaints. Just to change spark plugs would be at least $600 because you have to remove top of engine to get to the 3 rear ones. My point is, I did my research and still bought the car. Why? My wife liked the vehicle and she will be driving it. Tak Auto did not design the Santa Fe. Also, they changed the water pump and timing belt before they put it up for sale and still remain cheapest within a 1000 mile radius after doing an internet search. Frank and Armin were very helpful and courteous. I test drove an unreasonable amount of vehicles over 2 weeks before we finally closed the sale. I will be back to buy again from them in the future. And by the way, we put a deposit on both cars. We waited 2 weeks before closing the deal. Someone wanted to buy my Vibe in cash. Tak Auto refused to sell it to him because of our deposit.
