(STAY AWAY, RUN, DONT BUY HERE)....Recently bought a 2012 Chevy from this dealership. Vehicle was nice with very low mileage. Salesman was Ali who is (Very inexperienced and unprofessional) told him the vehicle I was interested in and was given the keys to take for a test drive....BY MYSELF, he did not go with me on the test drive which did not bother me but was very weird. Drove the car around the area for a while and experienced (No Issues what-so-ever), went in and told Ali I would take it. On day 6 of having the car I noticed something weird going on with the brakes, let my mechanic look at it and was advised that the breaks AND rotors were bad and needed to be replaced and the dealership should own up to it. Called the dealership, told them my issue and was advised by Ali Id get a call back (NEVER GOT A CALL BACK) sooooo....I just went up there to talk face to face, spoke to Greg (who assists with financing) told him my issue so we took it on a drive to see if he could determine the issue and of course he said NO, he didnt notice anything wrong. I told him clearly theres an issue otherwise I would be at work making money instead of being here complaining (very aggravated at this point), told me to take the care to Chevy and let me walk out the door pissed. I guess after he thought about it he caught up to me, apologized and said Nooris said to take my car to a place called (Perfect Performance) to let them repair my car because if its the breaks that is hazardous (Duuuh). Called perfect performance and they could not take my car until 3days later (IM MAAAD) so I call, text and email Greg to advise that something needs to be done ASAP and once again NO RESPONSE. Told them just pay my mechanic to fix the problem, was offered a call back (STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK), called and spoke to Greg to confirm that they would pay for my breaks to be repaired at Perfect Performance and he stated he have to check with management (AFTER HE ALREADY TOLD ME ON YESTERDAY TO GO UP THERE TO GET IT FIXED) Grrrrrrr......STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS AT A ALL TIME HIGH. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER YOU DRIVE OFF THEIR LOT ITS A DONE DEAL WITH THEM. The cars have issues that they are not willing to repair...even after only having the car 6 days. Theyll call you all day everyday to convince you to buy a car but after that you wont have to worry about hearing from them to fix your issues. Very sad. Ill be going up there ONCE AGAIN today to confront face to face since they dont call back.

So much for honesty. If you buy a car from these guys expect for there to be major issues with the vehicle. Anything they say is a "minor" problem is a MAJOR problem and you need to get it checked by a real mechanic before buying. I bought a car online from afar, sight unseen except for pictures and verification of any issues from Nooris. Yes, I know, Im the idiot who bought a car online without driving it, but there was a sliver of hope (no longer present) in getting honest salesmanship from a used car dealer for a car Id been looking for months on end. I took the gamble that a 2011 Ford Edge with 42,000 miles on it couldnt have many major issues when the CARFAX was clear with one owner. I lost. Nooris was only partially up front with me and told me the vehicle needed brakes and two new tires. He was correct, but failed to inform me how bad the brakes were and how the car needed FOUR new tires and not just two, whereas the two "good" tires were clearly unevenly worn but still had tread on them. The brakes were worn to the metal and were on the verge of complete failure, not just "soft" like Nooris said. Between the brakes and the tires, I was out $2,000. Once the brakes and tires were replaced, my fears were realized when the sound I HOPED was just out of alignment tires (and the reason it needed four tires not two) was actually a bad wheel bearing (and some more of the reason why the tires were out of alignment). Took the car back into get the rear drivers side wheel bearing fixed and when the tech took the wheel bearing assembly apart, the entire assembly fell to pieces, as in the bearing was completely shot and on the verge of seizure. For the record, when a bearing fails and the spindle seizes, the wheel will break off the axel. Good thing to know BEFORE you put your wife and newborn in the very same vehicle. Once that bearing was fixed a quick test drive by the tech confirmed the second tier problem....the wheel bearing on the rear passenger side of the vehicle was bad too. Go figure. There was another $1,000 worth of repairs. Thanks for your dishonesty and willingness to sell garbage vehicles that put my family and I in danger Versatile Collections. My mechanic thanks you. Thankfully were around to write a review to help others avoid you.

I live in Atlanta and this is the 2nd Car I have bought from Versatile collection in 3 years. (BMW 328 for my wife and Toyota Camry for my Mom). Nooris and his team are efficient and good at what they do. They seem to have nice cars and great prices. They have always allowed me to have my mechanic inspect the vehicle for any un-reported damages or mechanical issues. Most of the cars on his lot are coming off lease, so you need to do your homework and check them out, but overall find them to be a good value for their condition. (at least the ones that I have bought). The Camry that I purchased for my mom had some minor damage to the rear bumper and quarter panel, and Nooris told me that he would fix this the right way, if I wanted to purchase the car. I had the car inspected, decided to purchase it, and Norris had the car repaired, just as he promised. The sales process was low pressure and the overall process did not take much time, as long as you know what you want and realize that the price is the price and there is very little negotiation. Location is a little hard to find and the cars are packed in there, but do not be afraid to ask them to get the car you want and test drive. Norris and Chris did a great job and I highly recommend Versatile Car for your next used car purchase...

I purchased a car on Monday 3/30/15. The last time I financed a car was in January of 2007, and it was such a horrible experience that I vowed to never visit a dealership or finance a car again. Unfortunately, my car was totaled a week ago Sunday, and I had to get a car. I searched the web and ended up at Versatile. I was in and out in less than an hour, I got an amazing price on a 2012 Mercedes E350 with only 20k miles on it. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in making a purchase. Patrick (my salesman) worked out an amazing deal for me and got me a heck of a deal on 4 new tires (replaced only because I wanted to). Greg (finance manager) got me an interest rate more than 2 points lower than my own bank that Ive been with for 15 years, and Norris (the store manager) understood my reluctance and promised from the door that I would be taken care of if I gave them a fair shot. He held true to his word. I appreciate the folks at Versatile Collection and would recommend anyone visit there to purchase a vehicle. In fact, I already have a friend scheduled to go there this weekend. Thanks again, guys!
