Im not a complainer but sometimes the line needs to be drawn somewhere. I saw the truck I wanted listed online by my banks buying program. I have near perfect credit and was 100% approved by my bank before making the trip there. All they would have had to do is make a phone call for the transfer. My email was returned with a call promptly the next morning by Erica which was nice. I asked her what condition the tires on the truck were and she offered to do a walk around of the truck before I made my two hour drive there. She said everything was good so I took off work and called a friend to ride with me to purchase the truck. Before I got there I asked if there was any wiggle room with the price and was told no because the truck had such low mileage and was in mint condition. Right when I got there she informed me the passenger mirror needed completely replacing(the mirror was busted out and mirror motor didnt work)! Why wasnt that mentioned on the phone?! Then we noticed the grill was busted. You would think this would have been mentioned before taking a day out of my life. We got in for a test drive and the truck shook when it started. By this point I had nearly made up my mind not to get the truck. I asked how long the mirror and grill had been like that and she said she didnt know but the owners son had been driving it. Then she said the truck may have sounded that way because it hadnt been started in a while. I asked if there was any warranty that the dealership have if something went wrong with the engine soon after buying and was told no but could talk to the owner. I just said thank you and left. Maybe its a sign to hold off on a vehicle!

I was hunting for a used Lexus GX470 for several months. After exhausting my local options, I expanded my search area and saw a few that interested me in the Atlanta area. I called a few of the OTHER dealers and felt as if didnt want to fool with me, being an out of state buyer. However when called Alpharetta Auto Deals, and had a very pleasant conversation with Gerald. He was very informative and answered all my questions over the phone, and felt it would be worth the four hour drive to Atlanta. We looked at three other GXs at other dealers and went to Alpharetta last. Gerald and the staff were extremely friendly and polite. He showed us the vehicle with care to make sure all the features were in working order. There was absolutely no sales pressure, which really made the experience good for my wife. The buying process was short and sweet. We completed all the paperwork in a timely manner, and they even filled up the tank for the long drive home. I would say that it was the best used car buying experience I have ever had.

They were very dishonest with my wife & I we were told that our vehicle was checked out the day before we bought it by their mechanics & the car was safe to dirve off the lot. It probably would have been fine until our warranty was up. But fortunately we had the vehicle checked out by mechanics in our home town (which we did because of alignment issues on our way home from Alpharetta). We didnt have the car for one full day before we started having issues. Either their mechanics have no idea what they are doing, or their standards are embarrassingly low. We drove from out of town to do business with them expecting to have a great business relationship only to arrive back at home and find over $1100.00 worth of repairs that needed to be fixed (mostly pertaining to the brakes), of which Alpharetta Auto Dealers expressed that they would only reimburse $220.00 worth. We will not be doing business with them again, nor do we recommend anyone else to.

Pretty upset at this place because first they showed us a nice Jetta that we were hyped about, but then they told us nope we couldnt get it. So was kinda bummed about that . then finally they gave us a car that we were all pretty happy with. Took it home, drove it for some days, got use to it, then we receive a phone call that we have to take it back.. They offer the jetta again and when we go to drop it off turns out they are giving the jetta away. Dont know why youd offer something just to give It away to someone else. We were in a terrible accident that left us carless so we were desperately looking for a replacement. Thought we found it but turns out then we had to turn it back. Erica was pretty awesome though, she tried helping us, but I guess theres only so much she can do. Wouldnt recommend this place nor would I go back. Happy shopping, hope you dont have the same experience!!!

I came in and didnt qualify completely for what I was looking for. So I told the young man Reginald let me speak with my co signer and Id think about it. It makes no since to look for a car to put me in that Im not interested in. At 2:00 I was calling this young man back to let him know my co signer agreed to sign for me. In the process he told me that I walked out while he was talking and hung up in my face. I told him my situation at hand before the app process and also told him what I wanted. Very childish and rude young man. Instead of beating a customer down trying to Manipulate them into something that they dont wont be a little more professional and advise the customer on what they need to do to be approved.

Bought a 2003 Nissan Xterra from the dealership, thought I was getting a great deal. The day after driving it off the lot my check engine light came on, so I brought it back to their mechanic on the lot. Told me it was probably an O2 sensor, didnt even give me a clear answer. I took the car to my mechanic, turns out one of the main catylitic converters is SHOT. The car passed emissions, though Im not sure how, because that is virtually impossible with catylitic converter problems. I now have an 800 dollar repair on my hands for a car that I purchased yesterday. Not okay, by any means.

Bad customer service! Mechanic is not good and just simply not a good place to purchase a vehicle! Overpriced! I got a vehicle 2 years ago and payed all my payments on time! The car was initially 5400.00 and I put 1400.00 down! Once I did paperwork and all my loan amount and total for car was 6700.00! Okay I signed but I been paying 420.00 a month for 24 monthes now and it still says I owe 6700.00 bucks Im being ripped off! Stay away simply! Not only that I already put hundreds of dollars of repairs into vehicle!
