WENT IN WANTING TO BUY A CASH CAR THINKING I COULDNT GET INTO ANYTHING ELSE... AND COLBY LEWIS WAS OUR SALESMAN HE WAS AWESOME AND GOT US INTO A CAR THAT STILL HAD THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ON IT.... AWESOME EXPERIENCE BOBBY BRIDGES (USED CAR MANAGER) WAS GREAT AS WELL, HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO LOWER OUR PAYMENTS AND INTEREST RATE AND GIVE US SOMETHING WE COULD HANDLE AND NOT BE OVER OUR HEAD... THE ENTIRE SALES TEAM WERE GREAT COLBY LEWIS, RICK MATHENA, BRENT CAMPBELL THEY WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND IF YOU WANT A SMALL TOWN DEALERSHIP THAT WAS AND IS OUT FOR ONE THING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THEN GO TO CRONIC CHEVROLET AND ASK FOR COLBY LEWIS AND TELL HIM PAIGE AND HENRY SENT YOU.... HE IS A UPSTANDING GUY AND WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO DO EVERYTHING HE CAN TO GET YOU INTO A VEHICLE THATS RIGHT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.... AND I MUST ALSO MENTION THE DETAIL GUY MADE MY CAR LOOK LIKE IT HAD JUST BEEN DRIVEN OUT OF THE SHOWROOM VERY CLEAN AND WELL WORTH THE WAIT I AM SORRY BUT I DO NOT KNOW HIS NAME BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Im always greeted with unforced smiles, and, a most hardy welcome by all. Thanks to Gary Coley salesman and Brent sorry dont remember his last name for all the time you spent to finding me my baby I love my new suv yall went out of your way especially Gary to get me the suv of my dreams so many hours going over suv with me and even looking back at the ones we already looked at cause I couldnt make my mind up all while it seemed to be 100 degrees out and not once complained then had to bring car back cause I couldnt figure the radio and navigation systems or the DVD system went in and no wait or nothing Gary came running to help thanks so much for what you did Gary loved how he sat down and talked about family and the old days felt like I was talking to a friend really enjoyed my time here while searching for hours for the perfect car even showed me cars that I wasnt even aware of but still loving my grey beauty 2014 enclave

I personally think that these people dont know their ass from a hole in the ground. I had my car worked on three months ago, and when I picked it up the told me that they replaced the coil packs, every time I would talk to them about my car for the entire two months that they had it they would find something else wrong. I spent 2300 dollars in this shop and found three months later that I needed a catalytic converter due to faulty coil packs, I was then told by Cronic, "We only replaced one of them." so I was lied to. Another mechanic told me that they should have been replaced together. Now Cronic wants another $300.00. Honestly, I will pick my car up and take it to Bellamy Strickland, where I can get a real mechanic to work on it. Not to mention, they should reimburse me for the catalytic converter, because of their negligence.

From the time I walked on the lot I was greeted with sincere warmth. Sam was supportive, informative, pleasant but never pushy. He listened to what I needed and made it happen instead of trying to "talk me into" other options. After the purchase of the vehicle he patiently walked me through the use of the features and activation of my onstar. John was friendly and made me feel as if we had known each other for ages. He searched for and found the most discounts available and was able to achieve the payment/interest amount I asked for. Overall the experience was the made extremely easy and low pressure. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in the past and never had such an easy, friendly, no pressure experience.

Cronic is good until they are the ones to blame, I needed a key made for my car, the service man never called me and I called him he told me the job took 30 mins, but they had my car for 3 hours and I had an appointment by the way, I went up there the guy told me HE FORGOT TO CALL ME! that is horrible to tell paying a customer, people do not play about their cars, he aslo told me they were not open until monday, so I have to wait after new years to pick up my car, i had a trip to chicago planned to see my family. The manager told me he doesnt have a key to the parts area but you are the manager!!!! A darn lie too! And I didnt get an apology from neither one of the two managers I spoke with.

I had a FANTASTIC experience at Cronic. I bought a brand new Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The salesperson was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through all of the options available and worked with me as I made my decision. The price they gave me for the truck was less than other dealers were quoting and the trade in value they gave me on my old truck I traded in was higher than what other dealers were offering. I have been back to the dealership twice since then and have had service that is nothing short of impeccable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a fair and honest dealer that actually does care about their customers.

Cronic Chevrolet was true to their advertisement. NO HAGGLE PRICING!! My experience was better than expected and non stressful. The staff was courteous and my sales person (Ryan Masters) was good. Also, Leslie Uribe, was pleasant to talk to about the internet price and website photos. I found the car I wanted online, talked to Leslie in the morning. Arrived at Cronic Chevrolet after work, drove home in the new car that night. It was that simple and easy. This was a smooth purchase not a long drawn out back and forth talking to finance managers to finalize the deal. Everything was straight forward and explained in detail. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala LS.
