As a person with zero credit history trying to buy an american muscle car, I wasnt expecting much to be honest. While looking online for deals, most of what I found was either overpriced for the year, or simply needed more work than it was worth. A mustang GT came up and immediately grabbed my interest. I go to visit the dealership and was surprised to meet very friendly faces. They let me have my way with the car and take as much time as I needed. They were even nice enough to take their time out of their day to deliver the car to a trusted mechanic of mine. After agreeing to buy the car Jeremy was more than ready to help. He contacted 5 different banks in attempt to get me the loan for the car, in which he succeeded. As far as the car goes it runs perfectly well. However, warning to any potential customer of ANY used car dealership. Check to see if your brake pads are installed properly as mine were not. My mechanic believes it was the dealerships mechanic who didnt install them properly. His theory is they rushed it to get the car back on show as quickly as possible and it is something most used car dealerships do. While this claim may be totally incorrect, it is something to look out for just in case

Excellent dealership! Before we went to Mid America we were put through the ringer. We had trouble finding the right van in our price range, we were lied to about pricing, we were told we couldnt get a loan because of being self employed, etc. Then I stumbled across Mid America online. We saw all the great reviews, and a van EXACTLY like we wanted, in our budget! Jeremy explained he was confident in getting us financed. He was VERY knowledgable about the entire process, as well as honest and sincere. We literally got to the dealership, test drove the van, he explained what he thought would be the best way to get us financed, and after I gave him the go ahead had us financed within about 5 minutes!!!! Easiest process ever! If I would have known about this dealership it would have been the first and only place we went. We will definitely recommend this dealership and be a returning customer. If you arent local its definitely worth the drive.

I had a wonderful experience with Mid America Autogroup. Everyone there was very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. I have never met a car dealership quite like this one. They deal with their customers honestly and professionally and made sure we were satisfied before leaving their lot. I will definitely recommend Mid America Autogroup to my friends and family. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lonny Donnerberg. He was very welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we left there happy. I also had a great experience with their mechanic Petee (I hope I spelled his name right) He was very nice and answered any questions we had in regards to the vehicle we purchased while it was getting serviced. In all honesty everyone there is great and very professional. Thanks guys for your great service!

I was looking for my first car and found one from Mid-America Auto Group from Car Gurus. It was worth checking out at least and despite my parents being hesitant on me going to a place that wasnt a big dealer, I went for it. In the end, it was worth the trip. My mom and I worked with Jeremy, who was very knowledgeable and like many people say on here, not pushy at all. He even let us take the car to our mechanic 20 minutes away so I could make sure it was worth buying. I ended up buying the car and after one week, its awesome to drive and I love it. Ive had a few people think that its a new car, but its actually from 2013. The buying process took longer because of stuff on my end, but overall pretty simple. I would definitely recommend Mid-America to anyone.

Bought a 2016 Chevy this week. I am in my 60s and have bought many cars both new and used for myself, my wife, and 3 adult children. I would have to say that this was the most pleasant purchasing experience that I have had. I dealt with Jeremy Sparks and from the get go until the end there was no pressure whatsoever. The entire experience was comfortable as if I were buying from a friend that additionally was looking out for my interests. After a week of bad experiences at other car lots, Mid America Auto Group made my purchase a smooth and honest process. They went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Jeremy Sparks was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful towards getting me the financing I needed. However. About a month after purchasing my vehicle, I am now out an engine. Why? Well, the mechanics told me that my vehicle had no oil. There were no leaks. So, simply put, the vehicle had no oil when it left the lot. I should have checked before I purchased it, yes. But, that shouldnt excuse them from never having replaced the oil in the first place.

I had the best car buying experience you can possibly have with Tyler Mitchell and Mid America Auto Group!!! Before even coming in, Tyler took his time to thoroughly answer each and every one of my questions. I was able to look at several pictures online of the vehicle I was interested in. And, I was even approved for financing prior to my first visit to the lot!!! Car buying can be stressful but not with the right team!!! When I first arrived at this car lot, I was greeted by Jeremy. He was attentive and helpful, but in no way pushy. He let me know that he was comfortable with me test driving the car (a 2007 Nissan Sentra). I drove it for a half hour and got it checked out at Meineke and he was cool with that. We negotiated a very fair price. The payment/title transfer process went flawlessly. They are very professional and have a very nice office. I am very happy with the car I bought and would come back again. They treated me very well.
