Purchased SUV from this group. They swore up and down car was in fantastic shape. I wanted to take to my mechanic but they said i had to use their mechanic (red flag). They came back from "their mechanic" with a couple "minor" issues. They also said they drove my car 1500 miles + and said "you are getting a good car." First week engine light came on. $500 later I got that off. They told me the "service 4x4" light was just a simple switch (thats what their mechanic told them) another red flag. $2500 to fix all of the stuff wrong with the 4x4. i had to unplug the 4x4 so the car will drive. SUV still randomly puts itself into 4x4 even unplugged. This is on top of the issues I had to fix after the first week of owning the car. once its in 4x4, the car doesnt move. you cant turn or anything. I mean shame on me for buying something that had the amount of red flags that it did but Seriously dont trust these guys. They seem nice up front but thats just so they can off load the junk metal they are selling on their lot. I dont know that the next guy is going to be any better as there is a reason why we have the term "used car salesman." But atleast you can not worry about getting sold a piece of junk from this group. take them off your list.

I bought a car from them around Labor day and within 8 miles of driving it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I immediately went back to the dealership and was threatened with "As is," but thats why we offer a 30 day warranty. The dealership offered to take the car to their mechanic to replace the O2 sensors. That did not help! after a month, while their mechanics were trying to figure it out, the car was taken to the Ford dealer in which the PCM was replaced. Additionally, the wiper motor required replacement, as did the fuse box panel in the cab. Then I learned the wires were disconnected to allow the AC to work but not the heat and vice versa. I say all this because some of the repairs were made under the warranty but some were not. The salesman advised this was his daughter in laws car and it was a very good car... indicating he knew the car, as he should. But, its logical to assume, because the salesman knew the car, he also knew it had these problems! With that being said, Ill never buy a car from them again much less recommend them! My advice, RUN AWAY!

Do not trust. The car they sold us had lots of hidden issues. I purchased a car from them for my daughter. Within 2,500 miles had to replace transmission, head gasket, driver window assembly, alarm module and battery. The car has left her on the side of the road 3 times. They told me the car was in excellent shape and charged almost full list price for it. Bought the car for close to 6K and had to sink another 4K into it. Had to make a choice, do I sell the car to a junk yard and write off 6K or put more money into it an hope to recoup by getting use out of it. With economic times being as hard as they are one would hope that dealerships like this one would not take advantage of people. I can and will recover from this. I feel its important to let others know so they dont get hurt too.

I bought a Mazda 6i from them going on their word that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I had to spend $735.71 on the repairs. The motor had to be taken out to be repaired. It was leaking oil. I reported them to the better business bureau because they wanted me to drive 3 hours there to have their mechanic diagnose the issue. I contacted them several times to try and resolve the issue as well with no response. They are now trying to resolve the issue as far as doing business with them again i never will. and i advise anyone not to trust them or doing business with them either.

Very shady car dealer. They sell high mileage, previously wrecked vehicles to unsuspecting people who dont have a lot of money. The car I bought from them only lased a couple of months before the engine and transmission went out, and they wouldnt do anything to help or honor their warranty. Go to a reputable dealer that cares about its reputation and customers. Spend the extra few bucks for your piece of mind. Go somewhere that has an actual ACE certified mechanic who knows about cars. Spend the $40 on an AUTOCHECK history report!

bought a 2007 Nissan Murano from them going on their word that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I had to spend $1656.00 the second week on the repairs. The motor had to be taken out to be repaired. It was leaking oil. I reported them to the better business bureau because they wanted me to drive to have their mechanic diagnose the issue. I contacted them to try and resolve the issue as well with no response. I advise anyone not to trust them or doing business with them either.

I bought a 2003 Lexus 430 from this group. I love my car. They responded to all of my questions, and helped out with two small items. I would recommend them without hesitation. I am on the road a lot (15,000+ miles since purchase) and it is great.
