Truth Lover

The front office girl is very unprofessional and harmful with a smile. I dont know if Dr. Kirkland knows this is going on, but surely this person will hurt his business. I was told i have 30 days trial period to make sure the new glasses perform. The office person practicing medicine with being licensed. She refused to give my 3 messages to the Dr. and she refuse to let the Dr. know I was there in the office. She told me that i will not have the 30 day trail because she has made the determined without examination that my glasses were fine and said out loud that my problems were my own.

My husband and I have been going to Legacy Vision since we moved to Plano 16 years ago. Dr. Kirkland, Keith, and Nita have always taken superior care of us. Their expertise, professionalism, and persona always let us look forward to our appointments. There are a lot of frame selections and they provided me with options when I was not sure where to begin. My eye check-up is through and quick. Ive always been seen right away or waited less than ten minutes. They did just recently add another staff member which seemed to help a lot if I understand correctly. Dr. Kirkland is very nice and always explains what he is doing and why which is hard to come by with some doctors. I would definitely recommend Legacy Vision.
