I dont usually shop at Old Navy, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Most of the items I looked at had very nice fabrics, definitely an improvement over items I had purchased there some time ago. They were having a good sale, quite a few items 40-50 percent off, which always helps. Customer service I would give an A-.
