on black friday I have received a 500$ gift card. I went shopping at jcpenny I got four bags full of cloths and home items.then i went to the counter.A casher said there was only one person in the whole JCpenny building who got the 500$ gift card and that person was not me! Then 3 more employers came then the cash register was showing i used the 500$ gift card.I said "ok i am going to leave the 4 bags here in, jcpenny, I was in a such a happy mood when i got the the 500$ gift card and you ruined my happy mood!" on the way back home i thought i am never in my life going back to jcpenny ever again. i am still very upset about what happened that day.

was shopping today .. they have marked down stuff alot so i was buying alot in clearance fashion jewelry. one customer has the nerve to ask me to stop loooking at the jewelry as it bothers the cashier an old russian lady. whaaa? i told her to go away and do shopping she was crazy and out of place but i always feel they have incompetent staff who dont want towork and that is why most of them are shutting down.. they dont have any customer service so they should close or employees should stay home.

Wow Im standing in line right now and there is about 4 people in front of me. There is two cashiers all of a sudden one cashier decides that she is not going to take anyone else right about now those 10 people online like really youre not going to take anyone when theres a long line will never return here again.

Sucked real bad, hardly any menswear and full of very odd women on the make up counters. One looked liked Edward Scissorhands / a crow which had serious body odor business.. Hardly someone who should be front of house.

Lines to long. My wife made the long line. When she got to the counter, cashier told to go to another counter because she could not take her JC pennys coupons. Cashier had bad attitude.

Nice and helpful staff, clean and organized location and there is a Sephora inside this JCPenney with very knowledgeable staff. Lines were long but checkout was very fast.

Wait 25 minutes on the line to pay and when I was served the woman threw my bag to the floor. Very bad attention. I do not go back to that store.
