I waited on a long Checkout line about 35 min. Only 2 registers open ! Cashier was very nice and did say sorry for the wait. It was about 12 noon . The womens shoe area looked like a bomb had went off . The people that shop their must look at shoe and then throw it on the floor this is not old navys fault, just customers that dont care . Other then that I did like what I bought & I picked up 2 pair of flip flops for the grand kids. I hope thay Fit I wouldnt want to wait on that line to make a return. Good summer fashion!

Appears disorganized at times. Finding your size can be a task. Little staffed. However, like with every other Old Navy store you will find some decent clothing at decent prices.
