Store was clean and well organized. I subtracted three whole stars for customer service. I entered the fitting room on two occasions, and different fitting room attendants were there each time. Each time, I greeted the attendant on duty, told her how many items I was bringing in, and received a numbered tag - all without eye contact, greeting, or anything but the barest minimum of service. I was preparing to check out later and heard over the loudspeaker the announcement that the store would be closing in 30 minutes, so please "come to the registers for quick and courteous service." When it was my turn, the three employees behind the counter were carrying on a spirited conversation. My cashier did not make eye contact, greet me in any way even after I said hi, or even pause the conversation with her coworkers to give me the courteous service that had been promised. Courteous service includes greetings, eye contact, evaluating the customers shopping experience with a quick "Find everything okay?" or something similar, and some sort of goodbye. I have worked in retail and I work in public service now, dealing with people at a checkout desk all day, every day. As an employee, you have to make the company look good by providing excellent service. The rudeness with which I was treated reflects poorly on the employee training program, customer service policies, and corporate image of TJ Maxx. You got my money this time, but if you cant treat me like a valued customer, at least treat me like a human being. I will not be returning.

Need more people on their registers took forever to purchase two items waited 35 minutes when I asked the manager on the floor if she could open another register she told me NO every manager should do everything possible to move the lines regardless if theyre a register person or not it seems her ego got to her head and trust me you work in TJMAX nothing to have an ego about A manager has the ability to open another register especially when the lines are practically out the door !! OPEN another register or hire more people !!!!!!!

Ive been to a lot of TJs, and for some inexplicable reason this one has the rudest women working there. Not only was I not informed that id be receiving store credit for my return until I was handed a gift card (and it was too late), I was also snidely informed by a floor worker that there was a fitting room as I tried on a light jacket in front of a mirror. It could have been a friendly comment, but it wasnt. Bad atmosphere

This was one of the fanciest looking TJ Maxx Ive been in. Staff were great when called upon. Its still hard to find things because of the "randomness" of some areas, but still one of the best Ive been too.

Very clean store but the wait for the registers is a bit annoying. Overall, quite happy with my 2 tank tops that were discounted to $7.99. Awesome deal!
