Im a regular Marshall shopper, but I am very upset at the experience I had in this store. I put a layaway worth over $500 about 2 weeks ago. I decided to pick it up early to get it out of the way because these were my vacation clothes which I am going on in a week. I was told they lost my layaway! After I waited for my layaway for an hour & even went to the back room to help find it I was told they couldnt find it. They had five people looking for my package. PLUS there was two other customers with me who were told the same thing. That was three lost layaways. SMH This is very irresponsible, and they shouldnt guarantee a hold if they are not going to comply.

I love marshall and people need to understand that if is it messy is because we are the one that dont put stuff away. So if we want to find clothing or whatever items so then lets put them away where they go so then put things away if you change your mind. This is why it can get disorganized. I do believe they need more selections but they are great .

The line to checkout on the weekends is consistently a 30-min wait. Have put my items back and left numerous times without buying anything because of how long the checkout lines are. Miserable experience. And its not even peak Holiday season yet. Will only get worse as the weeks go on.

This store is a wreck. I thought maybe it was just a busy day but I went a second time and it was still a wreck. It was very difficult to find sizes you have to search through racks . The store in Jersey city is just as busy but everything is organized and in place.

If you are a guy its hard to find anything here, almost no more shoes for guys, clothes are decreasing as well. Mostly the store keeps things for woman, so if you are a woman or need something for your wife/girlfriend come here

Its definitively a bit chaotic in here but if youve ever been to a Marshalls youll know thats just how they normally look. Atleast everything was properly stocked and looking half nice unlike some other marshalls

The lines. Oh my god the lines. Has there ever been a moment of time in that store in which there wasnt a line five people. I am not sure what makes the lines so long, but oh my god, please, it is unbearable.

Average place for "urban" clothes. Marshalls, a step down from TJMaxx. If you want to really go to a Marshalls I, personally recommend Marshalls in Wyckoff ot Princeton. NJ. Better yet Miami, Fla

Long lines and the product seems to get better the further you go out from this location Secaucus is great also need of the widest selection of shoes for men and boys
