I made my first purchase from here not too long ago. I received an email stating that one of the items I purchased was out of stock and that they would give me a refund or a smaller size. I emailed them back, letting them know I would take the refund. A couple of days go by and I email again. Then a few days later I send a final email asking if I would be receiving my refund or a smaller size. No response. So I FINALLY call their customer service department. No answer. I call 2 more times in the span of a few hours (they should obviously be back at this point, and mind you this was during the week between their scheduled hours). No answer. So I leave a voicemail with my information and problem. I never did get a call back. FINALLY, I receive my package from them and it turns out that they made a mistake and the item WAS in stock for my size. They must have missed it while packaging it. Overall, I am very ticked off at their lack of customer service. At the very least, they could have contacted me to let me know what was happening/that they made a mistake/etc. I dont know that I will ever be shopping here again.

They shut the store down with no notice to anyone. Myself and a bunch of other customers made a final purchase with items broken and missing when our packages arrived. A lot of people also have A LOT of unused store credit because of their ridiculous no refund policy. No one is answering the phone, no one is answering the emails. Customer service is completely non existent in their final days. They plan to "do other projects in the future" and I will not be handing any more of my money over to them. Its obvious the sudden store closing was done this way on purpose to ensure no one gets to use store credit. Pretty sure they just threw random items into final orders, items that their customers didnt purchase but they didnt have the correct item so they just did whatever. Very disappointed in them after being a loyal customer for a long time.

Okay so I love gypsy warrior and I have ordered online many times from their store and I have never had any problems until now. I placed an order on December 14th 2015 and it is now January 2016 and I have still not received my order, my card was also charged twice for the same order. When I go to their site to check my order status (tracking) the order is nowhere to be found as if I never even placed it? I have messaged them four times already and still no reply I just want to know what happened to my stuff and clear the charges since I never received my items!

Be weary of ordering online. A month and a half ago I ordered a shirt online through the Gypsy Warrior website. Not the right size, I immediately returned it. I have Yet to be reimbursed/credited. Earlier this week I contacted them through their website and still have not received a response. This is my first time shopping with them and because of poor customer service it will be my last.

My 14 year old daughter loves this store and always visits. She owns a lot of their clothes and receives many compliments on them. She has been there so often, the employees know her by name and when ever they see her, say hi. And her teacher is also the mother of the owner. She loves this store so much and is extremely bummed that she has to be 18 to work there.

Awesome shop! Everything is SO cute & the customer service is amazing!!! Called their warehouse in Fair lawn and one of the representatives made sure a romper was sent to the store in Ridgewood for me next day!! Ive watched them expand throughout the years and they only get better! Highly recommend shopping at Gypsy Warrior.
