This location is a bigger outlet store than the other J Crew outlet stores Ive been to. One particular location I went to had two stores in the mall, one for men and one for womens. While this could have the effect of showing specialized care, oftentimes it can lead to inconvenience, especially if youre with someone of the opposite gender. This place has both in one location and is fairly large, the left was for mens and the right for womens. I went during Black Friday and even then, the staff were quite helpful.
