I do not like this Marshalls at all. Worst customer service. Lets just say I do not expect to be treated like a queen but respect would be nice. I went to ask for store credit on an item that I had a receipt for and I was treated like crap, which includes the manager on duty. The manager was using sentences like "i dont care" and " do whatever you want." To me this is completely unprofessional. This is a department store where most people leave their money shopping for neccessities. I think respect should be essential to treating everyone. I understand everyone that works in retail is exhausted but I once worked in a store and had to put a smile on my face no matter what.

The store is often messy and unorganized. Also, the customer service is very poor. I had a question about a price of an item, went to the register and had to wait for 5 minutes until somebody came up to me. In these 5 minutes, the manager and the staff were bypassing me without any concern. I said "excuse me" a couple of times, which was ignored completely. Once the manager came up, she treated me very coldly and didnt seem like she wanted to help me at all. Very disappointed.

This Marshal is horrible, start rushing customers out at 7:40pm when they are supposed to close at 8:00pm. Went there on a Sunday night, this lady start approaching everyone on the floor at 7:40pm with a very impatient tone, asking everyone to bring there stuffs to check out if they are buying them. Very commiteed to chasing customers on the floor. Store closes at 8pm, she cant even wait till 7:55pm to start being hostile to customers. Rude!

For a Marshalls they are surprisingly neat. Everythings organized and theres a ton of mirrors on every pillar for the vain. My only complaint is the long lines. Is there ever a good time to beat the lines in this place... no, for some reason, theres not.

As in every Marshalls good stocks though kitchen section is better than many same brand stores in NY. Lesser options in bath & perfumes though.
