I had to make an exchange after using my banana card and the store clerk was rude and huffed as I asked her to honor the sale price of the items I purchased. This happened the last week in September 2015. Luckily, the store manager was such a help. She corrected the issues and gave me an extra discount for the inconvenience. I refrained from using the name of the middle aged woman who rang me up to not compromise her job. After this experience, it will take a while before I return due to this rude, unprofessional, and nasty woman who rang me up.
