I gave one star because I did not have the option to give zero stars. They may have an ok selection of clothes but their customer service is terrible. I would rather take the drive to Willowbrook. It is a shame that your own people do not know how to talk to you with respect instead of talking down to you and having a nasty ghetto attitude.

Except for one older guy whose name I dont know, the others I met there today were just unprofessional. Lady behind the register tried to quote scripture to me when I complained of standing too long in the line waiting to spend my money. They just need to get it together if they are going to attract all customers.

Excellent selection of clothes male and female nicely priced. Nice shoes, but the shoe department looks as if a classroom of grade achool toddlers had recess there. Shoes are nice and reasonably price but all over the place...good luck finding matches. Tornado ally is in K & Gs shoe department.

Good staff but not the greatest selection for tall men. It seems stores and designers believe that anyone with a waist above 36 is short and stubby. Where is the tall in "Big and Tall" ? The store seems a little cluttered, probably because of the change of season.

I wasted my time here at this store. NO ONE came to offer me any assistance whatsoever. The lady who checked my bag at the front was the only person there who was courteous. Next time, Ill be going to the Woodbridge store. I prefer it a lot better there.

Love the selection and pricing but the isles are small and during sales it gets crazy. Boxes everywhere in the shoe department. Some guy almost knocked granny down squeezing back and forth. If you dont like confusion dont go here on holidays.

They take very long on attending costumers ,I had to stand in line nearly 40 min,and they need to get more cashiers because 2 isnt enough especially when theres a lot of customers
