They are so RUDE & impatient. I called to check on my site to store order the other day & one lady got so frustrated with me that she handed the phone over to someone else without asking me to hold and I could hear her in the back ground bad mouthing "this lady on the phone". NOT TO MENTION that i ordered my site to store order on the 17th or august, it is now the 31st....7-10 business days?? i dont think so. i am so fed up with the rude associates in walmarts in md. Go to a walmart in the south and EVERYONE is friendly & the store is always clean. fire everyone & re hire GOOD people who WANT to work for more then just the check.

This is the MOST HORRIBLE Wal-Mart Ive ever been to! Its super dirty, practicaly no lines open, and the staff is super rude! The customer service managers are so defensive and rude before you can even finish a question or ask for help they cut you off in a crazy, loud, way! I cant believe the Wal-Mart coporate offices would actually let this store stay open! If I could have voted less than one star I would have!

Poor customer service. Lady could not locate my prescription from another Wal-Mart Vision Center so I had them to fax it, she then claimed she couldnt read it. So they faxed it again and she has yet to check for the new fax. Literally have had several associates walking around not busy and not have offered to help when I been standing here over 30 minutes waiting.

This is the WORST walmart Ive ever been in, long lines standinging in line for well of 20 min, unexecutable. the are rude, the store is dirty, the shelves are empty, I rather drive way out of my way to shop at another walmart, this is the Ghetto mart. I HATE THIS STORE AND WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, AND I ADVISED ANYONE ELSE TO GO TO ANOTHER WALMART.

I had a great experience at this vision center. The staff was busy, however, they were pleasant. I was greeted when I arrived and was seen shortly after. The female doctor was a pleasure to work with and she made sure my contacts were perfect (tried 2 difference brands) before finalizing the script. I would recommend this office.

This Wall Mart is terrible. They have about 30 lanes but 10 open most of the time and customer service is poor. I also think they need a better dress code women and men look horrible
