This is one the most educated doctors in this field in the Prince Georges area but from what I have seen being a patient of his for the first time, he does not know how to treat his employees. For instance; yelling at and talking down to some of the women employees that he has working at the Mitchellville office, mainly American women. I understand that the customers satisfaction is the number one focus in any place of business but the people that you use to obtain that satisfaction should not be abused to gain that customer satisfaction. And he still get all the credit. I, as a customer, once to that location has seen enough, to know that this Doctor has the vision all wrong. Appreciation must first go to those who make it possible for you to be who you are! Its plain and simple. I would blame the employees who feel under appreciated, if they decided to strike, but then again, they too have responsibilities. But is a job worth, working five times harder even if your wage doesnt change....I have to say this Dr. is very good at what he does and I mean that in more ways than one. From the outside looking in. Of course. I will never, and i mean NEVER go back there again. I may have to speak my mind. It just might get ugly.

Very prompt and professional... Im a picky mom of 3 and they did us proud. From calling to getting to the appointments we received stellar service. My husband has several eye problems and has a difficult time finding doctors and getting a great prescription. He has a really bad stigmatism plus keratoconus. Dr. Nnubue handled it with ease. The doctor had my husband schedule on a non-busy day so he could take the needed time with him. My 3 kids were all seen on the same day with no delays. He talked with them and eased any anxiousness. One of my sons had an eye injury playing ball and they scheduled us immediately. Treated the situation with urgency and like we were family. I have full confidence in this doctor and his team. The office is clean and well maintained. The doctor takes pride in his appearance as well. Im fully impressed. Plus they accepted our Maryland Medicaid. Just because I lost my job and excellent insurance I shouldnt have to settle for less. So glad I found Visual Eyes for my family. -The Davis Family

I went to this Visual Eyes office and was so impressed and extremely happy about my service there. They were very kind and patience with me and my family. I was specifically impressed by the true meaning of customer service displayed by Yvonne Roy. She explained everything in detail and brought to my attention every vaild and available discount I could get. I never left a doctors appointment feeling so pleased and accomplished. Yvonne is truly what I would call the highest standard of customer service. She was respectful, understanding, relatable, and just nice. Before I arrived at the office I was having a bad day but thanks to Yvonne and the rest of the teams attitude, my day change for the better.

I called this office and asked to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone said, "Hold on." I was left on hold for 7 minutes and 44 seconds!! Then, the woman returns to the phone as if I had just called the office. When I reminded her that I was still holding to schedule an appointment, she replied, "Hold on." This time, I held for 30 additional seconds. The last time the woman picked up the call, she asked had I been to this office before. I stated no. The woman said, "Hold on." I hung up after stupidly holding for 8 minutes and 49 seconds!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I would never return or recommend After 2 failed attempts at ordering the right frame I finally got the one I ordered. when trying them on, they broke them; then promised a new pair. For several weeks, they kept saying they are coming, never got them. then was told they couldnt be ordered anymore, and I would receive a refund! the refund took weeks as well, after I had to call continuously. DONT GO!!!!

Always a great time and experience when ever I come to visual eyes largo location. Yvonne was the absolute.Great customer service . She explained everything I was getting in details and any dicount that was available she always let me know so that I can save and have the best ! Sometime people dread coming to the eye doctor but its such a nice and friendly atmosphere!

I thought that the doctor was very thorough and when my contacts didnt feel comfortable enough although it was what I had been using for awhile prescribed by another doctor, he immediately recommended another brand that works very well. He is good! Customer service could be better though, it is hit or miss depending on who you get.

I went in this office as a new paitent , the worse experience very getto , no paitent privacy here , the staff has no clue what they are doing and doesnt seem to care. I think more schooling and customer services classes should be available.Paitents should not here personal problem and babyfather issues . I will not return

The office staff is impersonable and needs a Dale Carnegie course. Everyone shoould be treated with dignity. You are not doing me a favor, there other places I can go and spend my money on expensive frames.

Okay so I just got off of the phone with them and they told me the same thing that they told Clarisse-They cant find my prescription and it expired. I just got the prescription in less than 2 years. Ugh.
