Extremely disappointed with my service experience. Called in to make an appointment. Oil, oil filter, tire rotation, headlight change and washer fluid added. I get a call later abour other things that in their words "must be done." I agreed to it paid for it. Come to find out my headlight and washer fluid didnt get done. Load and behold they dont have washer fluid or the headlight in stock. They want me to come back and pay for it. Not a chance. You guys lost what would have been a very loyal customer. Im sorry but it is absolutely unforgivable to be told you are being given a 21 point inspection and the headlight being out gets missed especially when its one of the primary reasons you came in. And as far as the washer fluid goes their technician checked on the service receipt that it got done. To top this all off I paid $600 for all this and it simply didnt get done. How am I supposed to believe anything else was done that was reported.

I am from Winston Salem NC and had a Avalon problem on Sunday Dec. 28 in the Rocky Mount area. After having a tow company assist me in getting my car to your dealership on Sunday afternoon the car was left with your company. I filled out the paper work at the drop box. Service called me on Monday morning and advised that I had left a map light on for several days and my battery was drained. They charged the battery and check all and assured me that battery was still good and a replacement was not necessary. This was for a 2013 Avalon that was made in Nov. of 2013. They also check the battery in my remote key and it was good also. The service was very friendly and prompt and did not charge a service charge. I would like to thank all involved. This is the 6 th Toyota I have owned. Thanks again for your great service. Thanks Stanley Morgan

An awesome buying experience from the time we pulled on the lot and drove off in our 2017 Toyota Camry XSE. We were greeted by Milton Cooper, whom is just a beautiful person. We told him what we liked and what we were in the market for. Without worrying about credit, or income, he led us to the best. I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my life and it always start with them judging you. My lastToyota that I purchased from this same dealership under another name (Bobby Murray), the salesman immediately told me that the car I was looking at was quite expensive, needless to say I purchased that vehicle with 0% interest. Milton Cooper, treats you like family and wants you to have the best. This is an awesome team here at Toyota of Rocky Mount, and i highly recommend them if youre in the market for a vehicle. I found the dealership to be filled with rude, incompetent, or otherwise terrible leadership, and the person I dealt with, Brock Barnhill came across very wet behind the ears. Driving from Clayton to Rocky Mt. was NOT worth the trip or the time. My time (and $$$) was better spent at MidState in Asheboro, NC where the customer is first and treated with respect instead of as leverage for the sale youre working on at the moment. Want to be treated badly? Then this dealership is for you. Its 50 shades of Rude and Incompetent in live action. And ladies, there are no Mr. Greys there. Sorry.

I dropped my car off at 930 am for a 1050 appointment, when I arrived at 400pm to pick it up, it still wasnt ready!!! On top of that I didnt get a service report for any of the services that were done to my car, so I am going to have to take time out of my day and make a special trip back to the dealership to get a copy of one. I just hope they kept one on file. Also, when I got in my car I realized they didnt even bother to put down a paper floor mat to protect my carpets. If they skimp out on little things like that what else have the "over looked"?

Poor experience, traveled 2 hours to purchase a vehicle only to find out it was already sold. Sales rep knew this and had 12 hours to inform me and failed to do so. They where only concerned on selling me a different vehicle that I really didnt want to purchase and would not listen to our needs, concerns, nor willing to adjust price for inconvenience. Ended up purchasing else where and had a much better experience. My advice is stay away, they only want to sell cars and dont car about the customer experience

Wonderful, friendly staff immediately made me feel like I mattered. They were great. The service representive was thoughtful and explained to me in laymen terms what was going on at each step of the repairs. I am a 72 year old woman and I was traveling, not from the area. The service rep never made me feel like I was out of my league or stupid like some men do to a women when it comes to auto repair. The employees at this Dealership made me feel like I could trust them not to rip me off. Thank you

I wonder why I bothered to make an appointment. My scheduled appointment was at 10am. It is now 11:56 and Im still sitting here waiting for my car to be done. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I could have done it myself in less than an hour. This is rediculous. Ive had my car serviced at other Toyota dealerships with a scheduled appointment and it was done in less than an hour. Very unsatisfied. Guess Im looking for another place and will let others know to look elsewhere too.

My experience with Rocky Mount Toyota Compares to no other dealership Ive ever been to. Josh Moody is an extraordinary dealer. He does everything in his work to help make his customers satisfied and as if they feel comfortable. His customers know they can trust him. I was on a road trip to the outer banks, ran over some sort of staples on the interstate, which punctured my tires. These guys were fairly quick to diagnose my tires, showed me where they were punctured & leaking. They did not have my tire size in-stock, as its an aftermarket application, but they did recommend me to a place down the street that did have them. They were a very friendly small dealership.

The Toyota car is good, but the price is cheating the customer. I am on their website to see the Highlander le plus 33.000 more than their manager price of more than 37.000, although it can be said that the price, but I think this is with the spoof, 2016 and 2017 the same price, their bosss attitude is very poor, told me not Come, well, Ill tell my family and friends. do not buy!

They are one of those dealerships that is actually telling the truth in their advertisements. I am greatly appreciative of the car they got me in and they help I received. I didnt have good credit and they still got someone to finance me. So thank you so much, especially to my salesman, Mr. Jerry Williams. I will recommend them to any and every one.
