We needed a dependable SUV upon our move back from Wash. State and was able to review the Yukon we ultimately purchased on line plus the owner sent additional photos to help us better see more of the Yukon. We had a friend local to VA test drive it and then the own was kind enough to hold the Yukon until we drove our moving truck back to VA some 8 days later. Moe (the owner) was very professional and helped us with all the necessary paperwork to make it a fast and easy experience. When we needed a replacement part several weeks after our purchase he ordered it at his cost and installed it for half the cost a normal shop would have charged. I certainly will purchase there again and recommend his auto dealership to others. Thanks again Moe, our Yukon is running great and we have had no problems with it, we now have over 220k miles on it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! In May of 2012 I purchased a Toyota 4Runner with 116K miles for $7,500 from this company; exactly 8 weeks and one thousand miles later, the engine blew up leaving me and my family stranded on the side of the interstate. I had the vehicle towed to a Toyota dealership and found that it needs a replacement engine as the old engine threw a rod and punched a hole in the block....cost is $6,000. When I called Nova Auto Sales and explained the problem they said "nothing we can do, you brought the vehicle as-is". I asked if they would at least split the cost with me, they said that no, they wouldnt give me anything towards the repair, not even the profit that they had made from me.....again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Bought a car for $4000 from this dealer. I was never informed that this cars transmission was bad and was actually reassured by the owner that it was in almost perfect condition. I drove the car to school and back twice and took it to the store while at school. I then got home after 3 weeks of owning it and the transmission died. When my mom spoke to the owner about the car he blamed me from the start and said that it was my fault and not his. When we tried to get the money back he said no and that "not even the president of the US can get our money back for us." This dealer does not conduct business in an appropriate way and the service is absolutely horrible. If you are looking for a car, this dealer is not a good choice.

Shady car dealership. They did not disclose to me that the car I was buying had mechanical issues. I am a single mom, and tried to be as upfront as I could be about what I could afford, which wasnt much. Tahi, the owner, assured me that the car was fine, and also said that I would be protected by a 30 day lemon law, which I learned doesnt exist for used cars, after I called the Better Business Bureau. I called him 2 days later and not only did he refuse to refund my money or to fix the car, but screamed that I was stupid and its my problem now. I would avoid this place, and not trust anything they say.

Worst experience of my life, was buying a car from this place. The car they had sold me had 2 different VIN numbers. I didnt realize this till a cop pulled me over, and noticed the 2 different numbers. On top of this, the car had numerous mechanical issues. One of my front tires popped while driving one day, I could of been killed. These guys are definitely passing unsafe cars for inspection, under the table. DO NOT buy a car from here. This place seriously needs to get shut down. The salesman even argued and yelled at us. In the end, who won? We did. DMV took care of these fraudulent men.

Went there to look at a car that was listed $4000 under KBB. The car had lots of surface rust in the interior (beach car maybe) and it had minor dents on the exterior Ran a car fax and found out the car had been repossed TWICE. The dealer tried to convince me there was nothing wrong with "bank owned cars" and that he sells a lot of them. I told him usually people who cant afford payments on the cars cant afford the regular maintenance either. Also if people know the bank is going to repo a car they are more apt to drive the vehicle hard. I spent my money else were...

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Bought a 1998 Ford Explorer from this dealership for $4,500, only had 60K miles on it. 31 days later the axle broke, luckily for me I pulled over before the wheel fell off, causing a horrendous accident! The mechanic told me that the ball joints were shot and it should not have passed inspection. Clearly they have a deal set up with the inspection station to pass unsafe cars. I am at the shop now and will soon be looking into what options I have to take legal action.

I am not one to normally leave a review online but the love and admiration I have for this business has compelled me to do so. I have been going to this location for a few years now and been given a tremendous amount of help finding new vehicles and efforts to repair them. The prices are more than reasonable especially for the wide selection they have. I highly recommend.

STAY AWAY from these guys. The car we came to test drive never could get out of first gear. It was embarrassing to drive through town with the engine roaring loudly. They advertised the car as "in perfect condition." When we told them about the car, they just tried to sell us other cars. No apologies or any acknowledgement of their problem. AWFUL!

Sold me a lemon that leaks excessive motor oil transmission is shotty and keeps brealing down, axle was broken and the car broke down in the middle of traffic. Dont buy a car from unless you want to risk your life for an over priced broken down car. here.
