I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge with 31k. It had a bumper to bumper warranty through 36k. At 32k the door ajar light kept coming on even though the door was completely shut. I took it to Kent Parsons to have the issues taken care of because I was aware that the warranty was about to expire and I wanted to resolve the issue before hand. I explained the issue to them and when I went back to pick it up, they informed me that they applied some lubricant to the door latches. Well, of course, that was only a temporary fix, as now the light is back on and has completely drained my battery, causing me to purchase a new one. I take it back and explain the situation and leave the car with them. By 5pm the same day I still had not heard from them, so I called them to get the status of my repair and oil change. The gentleman who answered the phone said that the door latch needed replaced and the part alone, not including labor, was $564. I asked to speak with the service manager and he stated that I would have to call back in the am. When I spoke with the service manager this morning he told me that the car is no longer under warranty and it would cost me to have it fixed. I asked why it wasnt fixed when I brought it in the first time for the same issues and he said, "They didnt know what the problem was then"....Well after doing my research I have discovered that the problem is not with the door latch, it is with the door sensor. They want to charge me for something that isnt even wrong with the car. I have contacted the States Attorney General, The Consumer Protection Agency of the Eastern Panhandle, The Better Business Bureau and my own personal attorney. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A RIPOFF AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!

I did alot of research online before purchasing my 2013 Fusion and found a couple of Ford Dealers in my area advertised really low prices on there websites. However after visiting all 3 ford dealerships I found Kent Parsons Ford had the friendliest staff. It is ironic they did NOT have the lowest advertised priced but did have the best deal after visiting all 3 dealerships. I learned alot about deceptive advertised pricing during my research and Kent Parsons Ford does not participate. Once i arrived at the other two dealerships and was put through their rigorous sales cycle only to discover I do NOT qualify for all of their selective and prejudice discounting. Besides the $1000 destination and delivery they added to their super low internet price. Kent Parsons Ford did NOTbait and switch like the other 2 dealers did.

I knew I needed to purchase a new vehicle that was more practical than my Mustang GT convertible, but it was very difficult to part with. The staff at Kent Parsons Ford made the experience very comfortable and easy for me to transition from my sports car to a brand new 2015 Ford Fusion. It was a very bittersweet experience, but I wouldnt have wanted it to take place anywhere else, or with anyone other than Dave Wilt at Kent Parsons Ford!! I will most certainly use them again in the future, and recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car!

The sales team at Parsons Ford have been second to none every time i buy a vehicle there. This is my third from them and every time they meet or exceed my expectations and are very efficient with the transfers. My six year old daughter was with me and the other sales team chatted with her and made it fun for her as well! everyone is smiling when you go in there showing that they like their job and stand behind the Ford team and that says a lot. Thanks guys (and Gals) for making my buying experience fun and easy!

Horrible service, rude people. I just expect nicer people when I have a vehicle worked on. I was told my transmission was going out (14K, not joking)as per their error code, but the repair was a coolant pump for the hybrid battery pack repaired by Jerrys Ford for under 250 dollars. Feel free to contact me for copies of the receipts.

For just coming in for the 10,000 mile service I didnt need an appointment since it was just an oil change and tire rotation. I will say that the wait was a little longer than I would have liked, but then I do realize that this isnt a drive through oil change place. Overall everything was an easy transaction.

Was told that I needed a whole new transmission for my vehicle at a price tag of $4700. Had a second opinion look at it.... $600 bucks later Im back on the road. I dont know if it was they didnt want to take the time, laziness, or just trying to make an extra buck. But if I can help it I wont be back there.
