Great service! I purchased my car from them several years ago and couldnt be happier! I recently went in for a oil change and a look over as inspection time is upon us. They found that my valve gasket and a few other things were wrong. Before doing anything, they called me, gave quote and told me my options. Prior to purchasing the car, I did some research and found that the valve gasket needing replacing is common with a 2003 Outback and they had informed me of this as well. Fast forward to pick up. Quoted price was exactly what I paid at pick up AND was cheaper than everywhere else for the same service! Getting ready to get new tires put on now... Highly recommend, great guys, clean shop and no run around! What you are quoted is what you pay, typically. Will be using these guys for any and all car repairs while I live in the area!

Seth, Mike, Sean, Gary and Heather go above and beyond to make sure that you get the absolute best quality and care as their customer...they make you feel like family. I am impressed with their professionalism and patience they take with individuals who have no mechanical aptitude whatsoever. My husband appreciates the fact that they are true and honest, he can trust that when I have to take one of our vehicles to Cool Green they will not take advantage of me. I had the fellas take care of some tires and brakes for me. They were friendly and werent pushy about the the up sell or recommending anything the vehicle doesnt need. I was an auto tech for almost a decade, so I really appreciate that. I had to bring my car back in for a minor issue with my new tires and Seth and Mike addressed it quickly and made it right. Based on this first experience with the guys at Cool Green, Id have no qualms recommending them or having them take care of any of my other vehicles when Im too lazy or out of time to do it :) .
