Extremely rude and discourteous customer service. Scheduled an appointment online for a service special that was denied because I did not have a nonexistent coupon that they said was required. After acknowledging that fact; the service manager proceeded in telling me that the part was not available. Then told me that they wouldnt perform the service without having my rotors turned - escalating the price of the special from $99 to over $300. After waiting and wasting over an hour and a half; decided to take my business elsewhere.

Was a very welcoming dealership. Thank you Theresa and Erica for helping me with the selection of the new truck, the test drive and walking me thru all its buttons and options, thank you Sherry for your help in getting my old vehicles to the dealership and thank you Jeremy for getting me thru all that darn paperwork quickly and easily and with a wonderful attitude.

Took car in for recall work, and had them check into a starting problem while there. They told me the starter was bad and quoted me the replacement fee. I drove it home and found the problem to be a loose wire caused by a missing nut. So I payed $95 for some one to say something was broken, without them looking at it...
