This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience ever. I was very skeptical at first due to being a smaller dealer and the great pricing of the vehicles we were interested in. We did some research and read as many reviews as we could. I had stopped and shopped a couple other dealers and we left with in minutes due to pushy sales people who didnt listen to our needs or wants in what we were Looking for. We arrived at the dealership at right about 9am. They were just opening and I was directed to the office and met with James. He was very personable and immediately thanked us for stopping in. I told him I was interested in a couple of the trucks he had listed on his website. We were looking for a new tow vehicle that would also be a primary vehicle for our family as well. We were interested in a Ford F-150 and a dodge 1500. Both were very decently priced and had a great deal of options for the price. He asked if we wanted to drive the vehicles. And we said we did. He set us up and said take them out and drive them. And compare the two. We did. Ultimately we decided that the dodge was the vehicle for us. Next was probably the easiest part. We said we needed the best deal for our vehicle and that was going to be the deciding factor for us in the end. He gave us a very fair market price for our vehicle. And we accepted the deal. With in 30 mins we were done with the paperwork financing and insurance change. I have never had such and easy time and have never spent less then 6 hours with a dealer when we have purchased In The past. With in less then 1 hour we had looked at, test drive and decided in a vehicle and had financing secured and completed the paperwork. We asked for the truck to be cleaned up and gotten ready for us. He gladly did that and said he would call shortly when it was ready to pick up. We got a call about 2 hours later. Which gave us enough time to go home and clean out our trade and go get some lunch. Thank you so much for the carefree and hasslefree experience. I highly recommend James and this dealership. They were fantastic and I am glad we spent some time and did some research and read the reviews and decided to give a small local dealer a chance. Definitely will be back and probably purchase our next vehicle from James. If your looking for a great deal and a great price for top quality vehicles that Are clean and have clean car fax then this is the dealer for you. We are very happy with our Ram pick up. Are you looking for Quality, Great Customer Service and Great Pricing? Look no further, call and stop into North Coast Auto Brokers!! They are family owed for over 50 years. I have been looking on-line and calling many dealerships throughout Rochester for a Jeep Compass for my daughter and was getting tired and frustrated with some of the dealers who would say we have some vehicles you could look at, just come in. When we would get there, at times it wasnt the vehicle we were really looking for or within the price range that we wanted to stay in. After seeing a few Jeep Compasses at North Coast Auto Brokers and ones that my daughter really liked, I called. Kenny, the owner answered the phone and got James to help us out. James was very polite, professional and he answered all the questions that I had. James said why dont you come in to see the vehicle(s) and test drive them, so we did. When we arrived at North Coast Auto Brokers the cars were waiting for us right in front. The cars was very clean, drove nicely and looked fantastic! After driving the cars we sat down with James,there was no pressure at all from James. We were so pleased with our experience that we told James we wanted to buy the white Jeep Compass. My daughter was so happy that we found the car that she had her heart set on and that it was perfect, so is so excited and loves driving it!! Do not look anywhere else. Our experience was by far the best I could have imagined. My husband and I previously had an suv and were looking to trade it in for a van since finding out we are pregnant with twins! I did quite a bit of online research and chose 10 vans I wanted to look at, 3 of them were at North Coast. We spent an entire day driving from shop to shop looking and comparing vans, we came back to North Coast multiple times in the same day having our eyes on one van in particular. The staff was extremely friendly, answered all questions we had, they were very clear and upfront about negotiating the trade-in (which they gave us an amazing value!), and we did not in anyway feel rushed. In the end we purchased a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. We always make the joke that we do not own a TV in our house, but our van has 2! My husband and I are both extremely simple people and the luxury in this van is still something we are getting used to. I have waited 2 months to do this review because I wanted to have time to really soak in everything. We have had absolutely no problems at all, since we left the lot we have recommended North Coast to multiple people in our friends and family. In short: Amazing experience, friendly family owned business, wonderful selection of clean affordable and reliable options. We will absolutely be coming back and recommending this business to everyone we know!

I purchased a 2010 subura Legacy for my son, within the first week we had several problems with the car. I contacted the owner and told him the car was making a shaking sound from the engine, the owner James told us to bring the car in to be looked at, after we did such , he gaves us no paper work for repair, and still the noise and brakes where bad, I dropped the car off 4 more times to resolve the problem, he gave us a scanned copy of a bill from Subrua in Brockport , which he stated thats where there other dealership was, TO make a long story short we had to get the repairs done ourselves costing $3,500, They are typically dishonest used car salesman and we a currently making a payment of $345 a month. I have contacted my lawyer and we in the process of taking him to small claims court, James and his father Kenny are very dishonest and will sell you a lemon. I am a disabled veteran and he basically will take advantage of anyone .We have video of the car making the shaking noise coming from the engine. If you would like to see it I will post it on my Facebook page James is a crook that will screw over someone who fought for our country ,Imagine what he will do to you, NEVER Purchase a vehilcle from northcoast auto SIncerly Eric the Marine!
