I was looking for a car to purchase an while driving to a dealer in Brockton I saw a SUV on there lot I stop in took a look at due to all the snow that we had in the course of the month I came back on a later date to test drive it I drove it an I did like the truck I got a sale agreement an put down 200 bucks because that was what was ask of me took the agreement to my bank they would not authorize the loan due to I was being over charged for the 2004 SUV I call the salesman Mark to tell him what my bank had said an that I would come in to pick up my 200 bucks he said to me that the sale isnt a lost an that he wanted me to come in an talk to his manger Allan I didnt make in on that day I came the following day to speak with Allan he start off telling he did some checking around on my behalf he found a credit union that would be willing to finance me which I never ask him to do I told him I didnt want to go through with sale he told me he would hold my 200 dollars for a future purchase so I said if I dont make a future purchase Im losing my money then he shugs his shoulder an tell me he got the car all ready for me now let explain this getting the Armada ready for the cup holder was broken an the panel in the back was broken in the storage area was broken in the process of making a deal I ask for the cup holder to be fix the broken panel he took money off up front so that would have been as is so he keeping the money cause he fixed these things in the truck but the truck belongs to them it would have had to be fix for any customer so my 200 dollars is withheld because he did those repairs so basically I said that your forcing me to go through with this deal he states Im not forcing to do anything but you are your keeping my money unless I take this deal or buy something else with your company I would not recommend this dealer to anyone

After having a difficult experience with the Lincoln dealership closest to my home I expressed my interest in a vehicle in the Champion Lincoln inventory. My inquiry was quickly responded to by Christine. Effectively and efficiently she answered all my questions and emailed me additional pictures (that she took herself) because I live nearly 100 miles from the dealership. They were accommodating and went above and beyond to "make the deal happen". There were none of the usual dealership games/tactics. Tim and Alan worked the numbers and financing for 3-4 hours to get a "formula" that worked for the lender, the dealership, and my budget. They were all genuine people and treated me more like a friend than just "another customer". Mike delivered the car because Christine was off on the day I traveled from New Hampshire to Brockton, MA (she didnt tell me or ask me to come another day but instead made sure that everything was set up and/or communicated in her absence). Straightforward, honest, and caring are just a few additional words that come to mind to describe my experience. This is my first Lincoln and first purchase from Champion Lincoln but it will not be my last. I hope to see each of them again in a few years! If I had to say that I had a regret it would simply be that I do not live closer so I can visit for service, repairs, or just to say "hi". Champion is certainly a fitting name for this dealership. The people here are winners and make you feel like one too!

I made the mistake of ignoring the other two people who wrote reviews on this dealership and I paid the price for it. I wasted a Saturday by driving over an hour to this dealership to test drive a one year old mazda. It was a vehicle purchased from a rental company and was in pretty good shape except someone had etched scratches into the windshield, right in the drivers line of sight. The salesman said they were going to take care of that, they just never got around to it (they had the vehicle over six months). They were asking 25k on the vehicle. They offered me 13k on my vehicle, the worst offer I got from any dealership. Other offers ranged from a low of $14250 to a high of $15k. I found the low ball offer offensive. I told them I couldnt make a reasonable offer on their vehicle if they couldnt make one on mine. Salesman (pretty nice guy named Dennis) asked for my bottom line difference between the vehicles. I told him and he took the number to the manager and the owner and they said no way. They said they werent concerned about selling the vehicle and that if I could find a better price elsewhere, go for it. I left. Waste of time. Amazed at the arrogance. My guess is they are rich and dont care whether or not they sell cars. Hope this helps someone else.

I just purchased a used vehicle from here. From start to finish of the process had no issues at all. Emailed them to check on the status of the vehicle before I went in, got a prompt response from Tim Horgan (general manager) who said it was available, and asked when I would come in so it would be ready. Got there, truck was ready to go took it for a ride and then negotiated the price. I spent 6 months doing research on this participial vehicle before I found it so I knew what the selling prices were already. They listed it below what other dealerships are listing for and in the median of what current sales are for this model so negotiation was a breeze. Easy to work with and gave top dollar for my trade at least 1k over what the best offer at another dealership offered me previously. Worked with me until I was 100% happy with the best deal they could get me. I spend most of my time at computers so all of my communication was via email. Tim was able to respond to my emails within minutes regardless of the day or time. Definitely a 5 star car shop. Will be doing my next purchase here as well. Thanks guys!

(2) 2/16/15 My exhaust pipe was loose. The muffler place close to me told me I needed an entire exhaust system for 700 dollars. I called Champion Mazda and spoke to Matt who had me bring the car in, they looked at it and informed me that a gasket has cracked and fallen off. They serviced it and I was on my way in about 1hour. My car drives better than it did before. I am very pleased 2nd time around with this dealership. (1) My mazda gear shifter kept getting stuck and i couldnt put car in drive. I was pleased to find a mazda dealer near me since I have a small child. I spoke with Butch in the service department who came to my job, picked my car up, figured out that the brake sensor was out, he serviced car and brought it back to me with the invoice for the work. I never had to leave my job and the price I paid was fair. I also checked with mazda and the dealer was correct that this was something not covered under my warranty (which would have been 36k mi) Thankfully, I have a good experience with this Mazda dealer.
