I went to have an oil change on my s40 and ran into Fred P. who had sold me my car and the one before it at Stutz. As usual Fred was fabulous and by the next week I was signing papers for my new S60! Fred as usual was extremely knowledgeable and above all extremely patient because, I am nothing short of neurotic when it comes to my vehicles. He and JC (the sales manager) worked hard to find me the S60 that fit both my criteria and my budget. And I LOVE my new car!! But it didnt end there, Jayme (the finance manager) was just as fantastic. She was pleasant, fun and as hard as it may be to believe made signing the paperwork a true delight. She was also very informative and knowledgeable and didnt pressure me into any add-on purchases. And I will admit I did add some because for the value it would have been crazy not to. Last but not least Jim in service and Dean in parts two more thumbs up. I ordered the winter mats for my new car and Dean new exactly which ones to match my new interior and he had them in by 9:30 the next morning. When I picked them up up they had them ready for more and check out with Jim was a breeze and they even took my car and hand washed it for me since it was raining the day before. I then ordered the rear mud flaps and the same speedy service. While I had to cancel my first two appointments because of a family emergency when I was able to reschedule Jim fit me right in the same day and was kind enough to inquire about my family. I know I will be with Volvo Village of Danvers for many, many years to come as this is my fifth Volvo.

My wife and I had an excellent experience and will definitely be back again when we look for our next Volvo! We are from about 3 hours away in Western Maine and picked a couple dealers in MA because of their expanded inventory. I emailed the dealer to verify pricing I saw on their website and set up an appointment with Alfonso. Once we got there Alfonso introduced us to William who showed us several cars we were interested in. Past experience with other dealers, is the high pressure approach. Not here, they were all great and didnt make you feel pressured. We had such a good experience we never left the dealer to visit the others on the list, we just signed on the dotted line. A great price and outstanding service, what more could you ask for. Vadim did an excellent job going over the car with us and answering any questions prior to us leaving in our new car. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 10+

Just recently purchased a Volvo XC60 from Village Volvo of Danvers and had an excellent experience. We had planned on just a test drive and walked away with an amazing new car! Tim Page greeted us the moment we arrived and has remained an extremely helpful, available, and friendly sales associate 2 weeks after taking our car home. Consumers find so much of what they want online and a luxury car like Volvo essentially sells itself, but we certainly ended up in this 2017 XC60 because of Tim and the wonderful service we received while at Village Volvo. Their prices, attention to detail, and time everyone took to make sure we were getting what we wanted and seeing everything we wanted to see, definitely sealed the deal for us. Will definitely continue to go back and refer all of our friends. Thank you!

We worked with Driton and he was a pleasure. We were considering the XC70 and XC90 and he never tried to push us into spending more money. Driton was always honest, he knew the cars well and was able to give us the pros and cons of each model and how each would work with our lifestyle. Rich was great too, hes the sales manager and Driton spoke so highly of him that it made me appreciate him for his management style and creating a positive work environment. They were very patient too, they ran numbers for me endlessly! And I LOVE my car, I cant imagine I will ever drive anything else after driving a Volvo!

Very quick efficient and effective. We had to replace a totaled car expeditiously and after our first test drive with Ron S. we ended up leaning heavily towards a Volvo. We compared other cars but the safety features and family conveniences of the Volvo XC90 won us over. When it came time to negotiate Danvers quickly met and exceeded the other offers we had out on similar cars. Lastly they were very accommodating to our specific needs as we had to juggle logistics of insurance payouts and checks, etc. The car was ready when promised and we were able to drive it off the lot in record time.

I leased a 2014 Volvo XC70 from Volvo Village in Danvers. I had intended to lease from 128 Volvo because the dealership is closer to my house, but I went with Volvo Village instead because their lease price was better, the gave me much more for my trade-in, and Vadim was fantastic - knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Management was also considerably more reasonable than 128 Volvo, where the manager took on an antagonistic style. My experience was really fantastic, Id stick with this dealer without hesitation.

My husband and I are new to the area and did not have a service dealer for our Volvo. We were at Liberty Tree Mall when our engine coolant message came up. We drove over to the dealer and they looked at it immediately and topped off our engine coolant. The person who helped us was beyond professional and helpful. I am so glad we ended up there and will continue servicing our Volvo at this dealership. Also the dealership itself had a nice waiting area for added comfort.

The biggest compliment I can give Volvo Village regarding the experience is related to the lack of surprises. Every time Ive bought a car, a surprise has come up (usually during financials) or at some point something they promised didnt pan out. I was waiting for it but it never came. This really means something to me. What we agreed upon is what happened. Also, my wife managed to get salesman Vadim Kelly to refer to the V60 as "cute", and I strongly recommend it.

For a dealer so far so good. Ive been happy with the service so far. They are pricey as most dealer service is but good at talking to someone that knows something about cars. The sales floor hasnt grown up past the let me introduce you to my manager which was a bummer because we liked the sales guy who read is correctly to back off and let us ask questions and not push us which the manager missed.
