A Private User

This small dealership is owned and operated by two brothers. Paul & (I think) Steven, when I went in to look at a Taurus Wagon they let me take it out for a test drive on my own. No Pressure. After dropping off the car I said Id like my mechanic to look at it. They said "No problem." I brought the car to my mechanic and after inspecting it he came up with a short list of things needed to bring it up to 100%. (belt, suspension bushings, etc) I brought the list to Paul when I returned the car and he said "Ill take care of these things for you give me a couple of days." Two days later the car was ready as promised. As of this writing Ive owned the car for three months and I cant recommend them enough. It was nice to find a small used car lot where they did what they said they would do.

Steve has done several repairs for me. Additionally I bought a small car from them many years ago. That interaction was a great first impression and then, I moved closer... And 7 years after my first business with them, I tried them again & was still impressed. This is an old school no-frills shop but the people are honest and fair and they know their stuff. Their prices are extremely fair. Basically they are good and decent human beings.
