I have a love/hate relationship with you all. I bought my car from you... That was a great experience. I came back with an insurance claim to fix my bumper, and all that looks great! However, the inside of my rear driver side window has scratches from the inside that were not there when I brought my car in. I tried to scratch it off since the opposite window had something waxy on it. But this couldnt come off. Its scratched into the glass. My trunk that was just as pristine as the bumpers you painted for me, now looks as though someone dragged something across it rather than pick it up leaving swirls of fine scratches and a couple scuff marks.... Im so confused as to how this happened, yet my bumpers are nice and shiny.I just want to leave out of there giving a compliment that is not followed by a complaint. (UPDATE) I just saw the response. I will be in touch in the next week. Lets see how we can make this a better situation. I am a loyal customer when I am pleased by services provided. So far, I havent been wowed. Ill call Ryan soon. I never write reviews but I felt like I had to take a minute to rate my experience with Nissan 24. I purchase a 2011 Nissan Rogue. The inside of the car is very nice leather seats red stitching, navigation, sunroof, etc. The seats are comfortable. Fuel economy is very good!! I got a great price with low miles! The exterior is a nice dark gray with no scratches or dents. I would also like to give high commendation to my salesman Mark Zurlo, he was extremely genuine and upfront with me. His approach was very relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. He was exact opposite from the stereo-typical salesman that will say anything to make a sale. He always followed through and found the answers to any questions I ask. I even had a problem with my keys 5 months after the sale and he quickly help me resolve it! I will absolutely buy from Mark again and recommend that all of my friends go to see him when purchasing a new car. I have bought a few cars in the past but this was definitely the most easy process from beginning to end.

I first came here in 2015 with my boyfriends family and although I loved my first car from 2011, I was interested in leasing a new car. I was pretty nervous and did not like the idea of entering a dealership because Ive seen it all before with my parents and I absolutely hate the entire process. I was introduced to Mark Zurlo and from the start I could tell he was a genuine sales consultant - he wasnt pushy or intimidating, and understood how I felt whenever I expressed my concerns or worries. It was definitely a long process, but I was satisfied knowing that I was working with someone who went above and beyond for quality customer service. Fast forward to 2017, I got my second leased car again with Mark and it was definitely worth it. For as long as Mark works here, hes definitely my go-to. I told him if he ever leaves he better tell me or Ill be real upset. Just kidding... maybe. Anyway big kudos!!

I was lucky enough to work with Mark Zurlo and Eli, both of whom were amazing! My car search started at Nissan 24 in December and ended there in March. I appreciated that Mark understood I was indecisive on the car I wanted and therefore wasnt too pushy. Mark was super patient and listened to what I was looking for. When the right car came along he let me know. My husband and I were able to come in and buy the car that day. Quick and easy process. He knew we were on a tight timeline with a vacation planned the next day so he made it happen to get the deal closed that evening. All along Mark was very calm and didnt try to oversell anything. Mark was great and we had such a smooth experience were hoping to go back soon to upgrade my husbands truck. Thanks again Mark, Eli, and the Nissan 24 team!

Car buying made easy! We bought during what is normally the craziest time to buy, Presidents day weekend! From the beginning to the end, we had a great experience. It started when walking in, with the courtesy and smile of Guy VanStory. Guy was great! And both Guy and his Manager Manny, were professional and no-nonsense. We came in in knowing what we wanted and with a fair offer, and they responded by not playing games and negotiated fairly and quickly. Manny in finance was awesome, so conscious of our time and not trying to push or sell any extra products, that normally have happen in past experiences at other dealerships. We had such a great experience, a couple of days later we went back in to trade my husbands car. Same ease for that transaction also! Definitely check out Nissan 24! Thanks Guy!

My wife and I knew we wanted a new Nissan Rogue to replace the 2015 that was just totaled. Since we knew the car we wanted it was just a matter of finding the best deal amongst the local Nissan dealerships. The customer interaction I had with Cat DeBellis with my Internet quotes and questions is what got us in the door at Nissan 24 instead of one of the other dealerships. Once we were there Guy VanStory was great, showing us new 2016 and 2017 models and as well as purchase vs. lease options. They are super straight forward with pricing and dont trick you with deals and incentives you dont qualify for and the pressure of haggling prices has been completely removed from the process. They got us a great deal and stayed late in order to complete the process.

Avoid this place!! The only reason they have good reviews is because they bribe u with a free oil change when you write a good review!!! I bought a jeep wrangler sahara 2013 here. They found the worst interest rate and they gave me way less then my trade in was worth. I shouldve dont my research beforehand. They dont show you all the numbers outright, they just hide it in the monthly costs. I ended up selling my jeep after less than a year and was down $5,000 because of the horrible deal. I regret going here and I learned my lesson on shady dealerships! The also tried to sell me the jeep with only the hard top when they had it listed with the soft top as well. I had to fight to finally get the situation rectified. They will try to take advantage of females

I went in today with my dad , he was skeptical about even purchasing an Altima because it wasnt his first, or even second choice in a car. He brought me with him because , although he knows much more about cars than me, he trusts my input when it comes to whose being genuine and who to trust. We were so lucky to stumble upon cley! Not only was he extremely friendly and well spoken and read on cars , he truly went above and beyond for us. And he made my dad a mean coffee that will surely bring us back for more business in the future lol. It certainly takes a lot to impress him hes very old school and cley was amazing. So glad we chose you guys, and so happy to share a business relationship with this dealership in the future!
