I wanted to give a shout out to Brandon Williams at Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree MA. We went in to look at a remaining 2016 Mustang they had in the showroom. I had done my research, and had a reasonably aggressive price target in mind. The car was beautiful, but I was on the fence about which option packages I really wanted. Brandon was very gracious in letting us check out the different cars on the lot with and without each of the option packages. With minimal haggling, Brandon and his manager agreed to my target price - very professional, and no unnecessary pressure involved, Still undecided, I returned several days later, and Brandon arranged for us to drive both the 2016 we originally came to see, as well as a comparable 2017 that had the other option package I was considering. At no time did I feel pressured (other than by my own difficulty in making up my mind), and Brandon was incredibly patient, understanding, friendly and professional, throughout the entire experience. Ultimately, I decided I wanted a combination of options that Brandon didnt have available, but he said he might be able to locate it for me. Since Brandon had been so incredible to work with, I showed him the best price I had seen elsewhere, and I wanted him to have the opportunity to match it. (I knew it would be difficult to match, since it was from a dealer that does a high volume of online sales, and their prices were very aggressive.) As expected, Herb Chambers wasnt able to match the quoted price, and remaining very professional, wished me the best and asked me to follow up either way. In the end, I did buy the car elsewhere, but I wanted to give a shout out to Brandon for being so great to work with!!

This is a 5 star rating but Id give it a 10 if I could! I am beyond happy with my experience at Herb Chambers Ford. I went in a week ago looking to get out of a lease I was paying WAY too much for. I was greeted very pleasantly by Shannon Donohue. She was strait forward and totally hassle free. After explaining what I was looking for she introduced me to hands down the nicest most genuine guy I have met in auto sales, Brandon Williams. See this was actually a fun experience. I told him what I was looking for the price I wanted to be at and within 5 minutes he had 3 vehicles for me to look at. We went on a couple test drives and I fell in love with a Ford Escape SEL. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Once deciding on a vehicle I returned the next day where I met Tony Torphes in finance. He was fantastic. I do not have the best credit and he was able to work his magic so I could drive away with the Escape I fell in love with at a payment I was more than happy with :) I will absolutely be returning to this dealership when I need to purchase again and would recommend Herb Chambers to anyone looking for a vehicle. Make sure you ask for Brandon, he was awesome :) Thank you guys for helping me out. (Please note that I worked for a very large Ford dealer for 5 years, so to say I know the business is an understatement, so Yes, even I dread buying a vehicle, but after Herb Chambers I am looking forward to my next purchase)

The Aryan manager was making jokes about Chinese peoples eyes being "half-closed" to explain why they get in accidents --- literally while Im in a conversation with him (Im Korean!) For real. How ignorant can you be to make offensive, racist Asian jokes in a conversation with an Asian?! And then think that they might want to buy a car from you? The whole story is that my fiance (a white guy) and I went in on 7/23 to test drive a car we saw on their website. While we were outside, a Chinese restaurant car been returned with a bunch of damage. The Aryan manager was scanning it and since we were familiar with the restaurant we went over to chat. Thats when the racist jokes started coming out. Also, the sales person claimed that "no car that has been in an accident would ever be on this lot". However, we could tell the car we were looking at had the whole front end had been replaced. There was paint overspray inside the car! The Carfax showed the accident, and the sales guy said "Ive never ever seen this!" [Eyeroll] We ended up not liking the car because it was way over priced (and they lied about the damage, and the whole racist thing) and continued searching at literally any other dealer. We finally found a great car that cost twice as much as the car at herb Chambers and Im so glad I didnt spend our hard earned money supporting that kind of business.

Herb Chambers does not seem to be a dealer deserved trust. To save time, I talked to the salesman and made a deal on Saturday, March 21, 2015. After I signed all paper works, I asked to have a look at the car I bought. After an hour or two, the salesman returned and said he could not find the car. And they told me the car would be ready on Monday, March 23, 2015. On Monday morning, they called me saying "the car has damage on it and was repaired". I told them it was not good to repair the car before I had a look first. But when I arrived to their store, they said the car was not repaired because I told them not to repair the car. But I did hear the car was repaired when the manager spoke on the phone. Now I only saw some scratches on the front passenger side. The mileage on my contract is 10 miles. But now it is more than 70 miles. So I told them I could not pick this car. I was willing to pick an alternative car with the same price. But they only gave me high mileage car. So they refunded me. It wasted me a whole Monday afternoon. I took a half day off to deal this issue with them, but finally got nothing. I asked them to compensate my hours for $200. But they rejected my requests. The car is Ford Focus SE Hatchback with VIN number: 1FADP3K28EL415527 . Do not buy this car, it was repaired. This is not a truthful dealer.

Been here on two different visits. The first was with the wife to get a brochure and answer a question about the new Explorer. I was dressed in work clothes (dickie work pants and company shirt) and I felt as if I was in the wrong place. I walked into the dealership and could see all the sales people seated too the left. They all look over there cubicles and stood as the door opened. I stepped through the door and they all returned to there seats. Finally someone greeted me and was very helpful with my request. I own/have owned a 07 Expedition EL Limited and a Ford F350 Lariat, neither of which I would have purchased at this dealership for the greeting alone. The second visit was for service of a company vehicle. I only needed a spare key blank and for it to be cut. Was directed to the correct desk by the main service desk and proceeded to wait several minutes before being acknowledged(phone was busy). Purchasing a key seemed a little bothersome to the service rep, but he was helpful and finished up the key quickly. He explained there machines werent the best and the key may not work well. It didnt, so he replaced it with a blank to have cut elsewhere.
