Worse place to ever buy a car from.. At first they seem super nice, until you get wheeled right in by their demeanor. I bought the car, had the inspection right next door- BIGGEST MISTAKE! It was my first car, not realizing I shouldve just went to my mechanic, who was very unhappy that they sold me this lemon. They passed the inspection as I was watching they didnt even do everything they were suppose, if they did then they would realize you cannot pass an inspection with 2 holes in the muffler. That is carbon monoxide that can really damage the kids I drive in my car everyday, the muffler was leaking, then you have to pay $100 when it was their mistake, and they proceed to tell you that they really shouldnt fix it because I already got an inspection... Umm really? Actually by law you have to, even my mechanic said so as he read Means Auto warranty they gave me.Not only was there a leaking muffler, but there was so much else wrong with it. There was new pads on old roters. Also the sticker on the top of the windshield said it just recently had an oil change, when my mechanic checked it, it looked like it hadnt had an oil change in a long time. The Car Fax they gave me was inaccurate, and it was not even worth the amount of money I bought it for after doing my research. Not to mention, Its a minivan that had no AC, when I purchased the vehicle they said it probably needs to be cleaned out and charged, nope my mechanic tried everything to get it working, which would cost more than the car is worth to fix it. Even though that is probably the least of my worries, but I drive a newborn in the car, plus I am a nanny, so the over 100 degree weather we were having with 90% humidity was terrible for the kids in the back of a minivan. I had to borrow a car on the days I had the baby. I cant even remember all the other stuff that was wrong with it. But I can tell you they were so rude each time I went back there afterwards. The only good thing about this vehicle was the low mileage for the year it was. Sorry, just stating facts, and want to warn people to stay as far away from this place as possible. After I got the car some people told me they would never buy from here after their experience as well.

Before you decide to make a deal here for these cheap ass cars please listen. These people are nothing but scammers, selling crappy cars for a price not even close to what they are worth. My family had a situation here that messed us up psychologically. We had just bought a pretty nice truck with plow. But then out of no when we went to pass its inspection it didnt pass. We went and gave it back to means auto center for them to fix it and yet again it didnt pass the sticker ones again. This then happened once more right after and at this point we were done. We decided to just give that peace of crap back. How can a company sell a car in such a bad condition. I hope you read this review before even thinking of making a deal here.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy a car from this place! Dont throw your hard earned money away! I recently bought a car from them, after a month the transmission is failing. So now I need to pay half what I paid for the car to get it fixed or sell it for a fraction of the price in which I bought it for. Customer service is also nonexistent. I wish I had checked their reviews beforehand. When I told them about the problem they shrugged it of and said (and I quote here) "well, you did get a good deal on the car..." so because I got a good deal you think its justifiable to sell cars in horrific conditions? Spend your money elsewhere, because they dont give a crap about you.

I needed a car to commute to work & school, and after looking around in the area I went with Means Auto. The customer service I experienced was above and beyond what I would expect with buying a car- there was a manufacturer recall on the vehicle I purchased and they worked with me to get it taken care of with Chevrolet quickly and easily. Im not sure what went wrong for these other reviewers, because my car was in awesome condition (even with the Chevrolet recall) and I paid a very reasonable price. The salesman AJ was more than helpful. I personally recommend Means Auto to everyone I know in the market for a used car!

Went here after my friend recommended them, since my credit isnt the best. AJ worked with me to find a car that I was able to get approved financing on! The car is really nice too- not a cheap junk car like I would expect with bad credit. I havent had any problems, though I think if I were to have any they would straighten it out because their service is really great. Save yourself the hassle of looking all over and just start with means auto center!!! When I need a car again I will be going back.

both my father and I got cars from here and my engine failed after 3 months one issue after another. My fathers stearing went out while he was driving 2 months into buying his truck there and he almost died. I wouldnt suggest anyone buy from these people they will sell you a death trap and not blink an eye.

I buy a truck from them for 4 thousand Nd the bill of sale they gave me is all crossed off and the registry wont accept this bill of sale and this business wont give me a new bill of sale
