This place reminds me of why car salesman in general have such a sleazy reputation. I called about a vehicle that they had listed for $24,000. NADA clean retail value was almost $25,000, so they basically had this car booked out. Even though their website had some gimmick jargon about it actually being priced $6,000 below retail value. I did quickly check reviews, but was misled by the amount of 5 star reviews. Clearly all manufactured by the lowlife salesman in their downtime between misleading customers and trying to get over on them. Looking back now I have searched the reviews thoroughly and can tell the legit from the fake. I was told by salesman Ron that the vehicle was in excellent condition. That they only sell cars that are in top shape. A few reasons why the price is not negotiable. They expect top dollar for their pristine autos and you get what you pay for theory. I decided to take the one and half hour trip out to see the car. At that point I assumed the vehicle would be in clean retail condition. Also thought it would be mind boggling for a dealer to ask $24k for a car that wasnt. When I arrived I immediately got the sleaze vibe. Walking in and judging these con artists put me on the defense. A guy with tattoos down his arms got up from a desk and introduced himself as Ron. I stayed optimistic and was told the vehicle was being cleaned at the moment. I walked outside and looked around the building to see one of their workers hosing it off. The lot was filled to the brim with cars. So I was a bit confused when Ron walked up behind me bragging about how they move 200 cars a month. They pulled the car out to me and I started to look it over. Immediately seen a substantial amount of scratch/scuffs along the passenger side. As I was rounding the car after checking out all the curb rash on the wheels, Ron was was drawing my attention to the back. Basically telling that there was only one thing wrong with car. A cracked rear window. Absolutely amazing, a huge crack down the whole window. He reassured me that it was already ordered and about to be replaced. I got inside to check to see if the options worked properly. Looked at the sunroofs and immediately seen the stained headliner. The sunroofs worked properly until I tried to close the electronic inside shade that they had open. A loud mechanical malfunctioning sound and it wouldnt close. Also tried the rear sun blind option and it also didnt work. I got out of the car and asked Ron what the problem was. He played dumb and got in to try himself. He chalked it up to a "little snag", but assured me his guys would take care of it. Actually a huge problem where the whole headliner has to be removed. I then had to point out where the rear sun blind button was so he could try himself. No dice, said he would add that to the work order. I then popped the hood to take a look, the engine ticking I had been hearing this whole time just got much louder. That ticking could be a variety of things. Could be from running the car with low or no oil. This dealer didnt car to change the oil or add any for that matter. They also didnt bother to wash engine bay. It was filthy. Forgot to mention the interior of the car was pretty dirty itself. I even mentioned that they do a terrible job of detailing. Ron replied that they like to give it the works before I take it home. He realized I wasnt happy and wondered off. I figured I drove an hour and a half, so I would at least take it for a spin. I pulled out and the car seemed to drive ok. I put the windows down and turned off the radio and AC. I could then hear a slight screeching from the front wheels. It got really bad when I applied the brakes coming to a light. The nerve of these guys to let me take a "24 thousand dollar car" for a test drive with the brakes scraping the rotors. It was embarrassing. I then pulled into a small parking lot to turn around. When I put it in reverse I realized the back-up camera broke and missing half the screen. It was like looking out a peep-hole. Out of review space.

Started 6/2/17 finally finished today 7/19/17! 1) Took my car as a trade on June 2. Still not paid off as of 7/19/17. Was told each time that I was all set not to make payments on car that I traded in. Got letter from bank 2 weeks ago that I was "delinquent" on my payments. Had to call the bank and explain that the car was traded in. They called dealer to find out when payoff was going out. Now my credit which was very good is ruined because the "delinquent" payment are on my credit report. Dealer said they would would correct it. I hold no hope of this considering the promises that have been made before and not kept. 2) Dealer did not have title at time of purchase. They Just got the title today 7/19/17. Gave me title and RMV one told me to go to DOT. Told them if I have to do all the running and checking on my bank loan . Why did I pay $495 for dealer fees? They paid my insurance company $25 to do the running. Id do that deal in a heart beat too. Ill give you $25 and you give me $495. 3) The best part! Got my insurance renewal package 7/16/17. Car that I bought on 6/2/17 was not insured. I called the insurance company on 6/2/17 to let them know that I had bought a car. Dealer never sent paper work in. I was driving an uninsured and unregistered car! If I had been stopped the car would have be impounded and me arrested. Each time I went back to the dealer I was told that everything was "all set" and I could drive the car. WOW! Dont buy your next car here go someplace else.

Experience started off well, until I needed work done that was covered under warranty. I have been back there three times. Getting them to actually schedule you in and get repairs that the cars will absolutely need, as they do not do anything to them before putting them on the lot, is worse then pulling out your own teeth. Get the car your looking at inspected first by your own trusted mechanic, and do your due diligence as far as what the fair retail price is on the car youre looking at because they will most definitely be higher than that and tell you "its because the car needs nothing done because they go through them". Its a blatant lie. If you do purchase a car from them, I implore you to not go back to get any work done from them, as they will waste your time, gas, and money without fixing any issues they are responsible for under their "warranty". Do not be tricked by their "great reviews" as I was, you will be sorry. I would give them less then one star if I could just for the time and aggravation.
