Got a 2014 Ram 1500 from them -they are selling Canada cars & trucks and it voids warranty on some models you will have to take your care to a u.s.a dealer and have them program all computer modules to U.S.A standers i feel this is something they should tell all their customers but they dont i will never by another thing from them again they are getting their stock cheap because the American dollar is worth more in Canada i would urge you to stay away from them cost me $200 dollars to have my truck computers flashed and they would not even pay for it Rui DeMelo UPDATE 5/9/2017 the only reason your payed my cost of having all my modules programed which you should have done in the first place before you even sold it was because this review i made second aftermarket warranty are a joke i have been in the car business for a while if some one buys a Dodge,Ram, or Chrysler with low miles on it it will not matter it will be voided by factory because this is a Canada sold and as far as the UCONNECT any one that wants to use this feature you are out of luck this feature is for USA car & trucks only FACT IS THE FACT YOUR COMPANY IT NOT TELLING THE PEOPLE THAT BUY FROM THAT YOUR COMPLETE CAR LOT IS CANADA STOCK THAT IN ITS SELF IS SHADY BUSINESS AS FAR AS MY TRUCK IS I PLAN ON PAYING IT OFF IN A YEAR AND GETTING A AMERICAN TRUCK NOT ONE THAT WAS MADE FOR CANADA

Why I have given this rating. After several months looking online and visiting a couple dealerships I had given up on the idea that I could afford a replacement vehicle in my price range. One particular dealer BayState Ford told me "your out of your mind if you think youll get that" for my trade of a 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer w/ 130K miles. After playing around with the Huggard online calculate coming up with no good results I finally called them and spoke with Paul. After giving Paul the details on my truck and basically saying, I dont want to waste your time or mine, Paul says, "nothing ventured, nothing gained" so why not stop in. So that very Monday night I stopped in, Paul greets me in the parking lot with a handshake and says "you must be Mike". How nice is that. Well needless to say I wanted something that I thought totally out of my reach, a gorgeous 2011 Ford Explorer XLT loaded. Well after about 30 minutes with Chris and Paul it was mine, no hassle, no pressure, they worked with ME helping me make this a reality. BEST place I have ever gone to buy a vehicle, picked up my new Explorer the very next day, everything was ready, handshakes and a set of keys. :) Thanks Huggard & Ewing

I recently purchased a ford fusion from this dealer. When brought in for the finance paperwork I specifically told Susan I did not want any of their 900 dollar worthless packages. She pushed and I made it clear I didnt want them, she then proceeded to try to rush me out the door, I assumed because she wasnt going to be able to get any extra money out of me. Low and behold I have been signed up for a 900 dollar gap coverage that does nothing for my car. I received no copies of the paperwork until I went to pick up the vehicle. Upon reviewing them I found that I had gap coverage. I do not remember signing this, it doesnt look like my signature, and its dated a day I was not there. Not to even mention the fact it took them an additional 5 days more than they said to get the car to me. UPDATE: Since posting this review, I have received an offer from them for $516.36 in exchange for removing my negative reviews of them. I think it is a terrible practice to pay someone to remove their honest reviews, so obviously I did not accept this offer. It makes me question how many negative reviews may have been removed for payment and the legitimacy of all their positive reviews.

I have given an excellent rating as my buying experience far exceeded my expectations. I was greeted promptly by Mike Burns and other staff members were friendly and happy giving the entire dealership a great vibe. I had financing lined up at a great rate and Chris ONeil was able to match the rate making the entire process seamless. I knew the car I wanted, test drove it, filled out the paperwork and drove it off the lot the same day! It was actually being washed while I was completing the financing! Before leaving, Mike introduced to the repair/mechanic shop manager, Chris Coy, wherein he explained that theyre a full service shop and also gave me a card for oil changes - every sixth one is free! Again, a very friendly and helpful staff member. Needless to say, my entire buying experience was fast, friendly, seamless and efficient. I would highly recommend Huggard & Ewing to anyone interested in purchasing an excellent used vehicle.

I have bought 7 cars from Huggard and Ewing mostly dealing with Jeff Huggard who has retired. Kevin Sousa has serviced most of my vehicles during this time. I never felt that he tried to do any service that wasnt neccessary and has advised as to what needs to be done immediately and what conditions should be monitored. I have made appointments for service but have also called at 7:30 in the morning and have had my car serviced by 8:00 am. Repairs have been consistently done properly and in a timely manner. I have not had to return for a second time on any problems they have serviced. They also have done repairs that another shop turned down as too difficult. The courtesy shuttle to work is also most convenient. The costs of repairs in my opinion have been reasonable. I never felt that I paid for anything that I did not really need. As long as Kevin is on the staff of Huggard and Ewing that is where my vehicles will be serviced.

Oh My God, the people at Huggard and Ewing were so so friendly I drove 2 hours to Stoughton, when I got there Huggard & Ewing gave me the keys to an 2009 Infiniti M35x and told me we will see you when you get back, so I had to buy car. Huggard and Ewing made buying a car so easy. I went to Queens Auto Mall and Automax in Framingham there first thing they wanted was my SS number before I could smell or see a car and the salesmen were so nasty to me but Huggard and Ewing made me feel real comfortable and they really worked with me. The kicker was Huggard and Ewing filled my tank up before I left the lot, now would any major car dealership fill your tank before you leave their lot I dont think so. Huggard and Ewing you have a customer for life and it was worth the 2 hour drive 3 days in a row. Please America Support Small Business especially Huggard & Ewing you will not be disappointed

Very dissapointed. My $14,000.00 car has serious ignition problems. Their mechanic tried to fix it while under the 30 day warranty. The same problem keeps popping up. When I called back after it got serviced and expressed my concern, the service department said I had to be aware of the extra sensitive linkage system with my car. And to use the key the car came with. What? Really? I didnt realize that I bought a car that had a "trick" to starting it up successfully half the time. A local authorized Mitzubishi dealer brought up my VIN # & saw that this is a common problem with my year make & model and recommended I bring it back to the dealer where I bought it to get fixed, as it will be costly. Their mechanic already tried and could not fix it the first time... Wish I would have just stayed away.
