Atrocious customer service and delivery expectations. I purchased a sectional on May 28th, was told delivery would happen June 22nd. They never showed up or called (despite me taking off from work). Called my sales rep to asked what happened, come to find out he had resigned since he sold it to me. Spoke to another woman, rescheduled delivery for July 12th. Dont trust them, so called on July 10th to confirm delivery, was told it was "unscheduled" (their term?) on the 7th. They never called to tell me this. They now also have no idea when I will be getting my piece. And of course, the woman who rescheduled my second delivery also has resigned since I spoke to her! Long story short, I still do not have my furniture and I have no idea what to do. They dont really seem to care (turnover is very high, dont expect to deal with the same person more than once) and are totally unwilling to give me a credit or discount of any kind to make me happy or keep my business with them. Guess Ill continue to sit on my living room floor on pillows and cross my fingers that one day my furniture will arrive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The sales people are so enthusiastic about selling you a bridge but a Lego bridge. I had terrible experience with Ashley furniture, first it was the shipping company which kept on making mistakes losing screws and dresser was scratched god knows by them or Ashley doesnt care about selling scratched or faded furniture. Second all the seats for dinner table are already loose, nuts are coming out and 2 of them already fell apart. I thought Ashley had solid furniture but they are all the same, I kept calling their customer service and their technician is yet to come its been more than 2 months now.

Our experience at Ashley was great! Damian is amazing and went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I! We had an issue with delivery because something we ordered wasnt in stock and we werent notified until 2 days before delivery. We called the store and Damian went above and beyond to help us fix the situation. Everyone we met in the store was awesome. Thanks so much to everyone at Ashley Furniture in Yonkers!

Service is nice (if not a bit pushy with salespeople trying to sell you stuff), the selection is good but you wont always find what youre looking for. Prices are a bit on the higher end but still OK. If you dont find something youre looking for here, there are luckily other furniture stores on Central Avenue you can go to.
