Raymour has great furniture, but the worst sales employees. We own 3 shops in the vicinity and thought this store was convenient. This Elmhurst store is by far, the absolute worst of all. I came here with my father to browse, first greeted by a goofy guy with a heavy african accent who saluted me and called me beautiful, really? hes lucky my husband wasnt there. Then an arab looking guy with an accent, then a hindu guy with a weird name (Armeep? we still arent sure). the indian guy Armeep was dressed like he was going to a disco, wearing a weird colored purple shiny shirt. From the minute we walked in he was on his cell phone ignoring us. He was very cocky and gave us attitude when my father said he wanted someone to help us who spoke english, meaning someone without an accent. my father is partially deaf in one ear and is a war veteran. Armeep asked my father if he was racist, then tried to laugh it off. We did not find this amusing. Every Raymour we have been to has been a disappointment. the employees are flat and look bored, zero energy. I have been to Valley Stream and Queens Blvd. Its always the same. Its like a bunch of bored goofy kids of all kinds of racial backgrounds with no sales skills, and one cocky guy in charge. Your manager Armeep also bad mouthed his competition- Macys, Sleepys and Bobs. zero class. A true professional never does that, let alone a manger. we may shop at Raymour but never at the Elmhurst store. go in for a laugh, you will agree.

This is where all the scum of the earths gather and become salesman. Walking in there is like walking into a shark tank, you are just a bait for the sales person to get a commision off of. They use extremely high pressure sales tactics, they wont get off your back and just let you browse the place. I fell for their nonsense, bought a bed that I ultimately regretted, bought additional things I didnt like due to their high pressure tactics, I shouldve been smarter, unfortuantely I wasnt, they told me I was getting a "store card" for additional discount and specifically told me it wasnt a credit card, well what you know few days later I got a credit card in the mail. I had to call and cancel and it leaves a negative impact on my credit report. Screw this place! You are better off visiting the other furniture store near by like Hoffman Kors, other smaller stores or even Macys Furniture, I bought other things from near by stores and Macys and couldnt been happier, avoid this hell hole at any cost. Store owner, dont bother replying to this because I will never ever go back or recommend anyone, your store enviorment and your sales people are absolutely toxic.

Que mal servicio. Al entrar a la tienda nos atendieron como reyes nos prometieron. El protector del colchon GRATIS, la entrega de la cama a los dias siguentes del pago. Ya despues que cancelamos EL DINERO las condiciones cambiaron radicalmente el protector nos lo cabraron la entrega del colchon fue de 4 dias y supuestamente nos entregaban un bono por 50 dolares y ADIVINEN el bono aun lo sigo esperando. 20 dias despues de la compra la cama rota. Desubicada y mas armada

Im really disapointed with the purchase i made in this store, when i frist arrived the sales lady was trying her best to get us to buy something and constatly said she always wants her costumers to be satified. When the delivery arrived to my house, Its was the total oppsite of what we thought we were going to get. the mattress was horrible quality and when i went to the store to tell them they kept sending me office to office and the last office they send me to they said theyre going to send an expector to my house and im still waiting for the expector they said they were going to send for 2 days already. I usally dont write bad reivews but this is very unaceptable because of the amount we wasited in this store. very very disapointed.

READ MY FULL REVIEW ON YELP IF YOU WANT THE FULL STORY. Google limits your characters so I cant put my full review on here. My salesman (Mr Bright) didnt tell me I needed a box spring when that was my NUMBER ONE priority, their only solution after delivery was for me to spend even more money on a box spring and customer service wont help or give information on a regional or sales manager. Just do your OWN research. No need to go through a salesman whose gonna end up screwing you in the end anyway. As a matter of fact theres no need to even go through a high end store if theyre going to treat you like crap anyway

Victoria (our sales rep) was extremely helpful. We viewed furniture one day and came back another. She was very respectful and assisted us perfectly. They have the most stock of items across multiple floors compared to other Raymour and Flanagins.

Great sales persons but on delivery the buffet was damaged at the back,called customer service,they give a date to repair.Later they called said they cancelled and said they will call to reschedule the repair,still waiting over a month now.....

This furniture store is the worst, when you need some no body care I will never recommend this store locations please dont purchase any furniture or mattres or else.I have problems with my mattres when down 1/2 inch they say can replace.
