I am highly upset and disappointed. I came into this location a week ago to make a purchase. I was assisted by Jason. Me & my fiancé picked out a sectional that we like, when I asked Jason he stated we could get the items the next day with no problem. After the grand total and fees were mentioned we decided to leave a deposit or layaway amount of $299. I explained to him we would be back next week to complete the payment and get the couch delivered to us. He said there would be no problem. I made a call on Thursday afternoon and spoke with Eddie, I told him that I would be coming in Sunday to complete the payment and if we could set up the delivery for the same day. He looked into the computer and stated the item wasnt even available. Once I became a little irritated at what he was telling me, he placed me on hold and came back and told me the item was available in the Bronx and that there would be no problem with them delivering from the Bronx for Sunday as long as we were in the store early enough to meet delivery hours. He stated he will be there on Sunday himself and it will be taken care of. I told him I would hold him accountable if anything otherwise happened Sunday 10/2. He stated defensively that he wont be held accountable for anything. We ended the call with Ill see you on Sunday. We arrived Sunday 10/2 @12:00pm (opening hours for Sunday). Before they even verified that our item was available , they took the remainder payment that we had left, we sat there waiting for them to say something to us after they took the payment, after a few back and forth on the employees behalf on the computer, they began to explain that our item was not available. They went on describing the wrong item to us so I had to stop them and literally walk through the store and show one of the salesman what the item we were purchasing looked like. Only for him to confirm to me that they do not have the item. I walked out the store to get some air and left my fiancé in the store to deal with them because Im 7 months pregnant and everything is overwhelming at the moment so I didnt want anyone to see me upset. My fiancé comes to get me to tell me that they cannot do anything for us and the earliest is Tuesday 10/4, we both made work arrangements for this specific day because we wouldnt be available any other day of the week. So we got our money refunded because at that point it was just ridiculous. I took today off thinking we would have our apartment set up with our couch only to be totally disappointed and let down. This is very unacceptable and not one apology from the sales man Jason who originally made the sale to us. No one called to say that it wasnt available so not only did I lose out on hour of work I also did not get the items I wanted. There goal is to get a sale and not the customers satisfaction. Do not trust what they say because they arent even sure themselves as the staff whats available or not. Never again dealing with them and I will make sure my family and friends know.

Tuesday 11/3/15 Let me start off by saying Jesus was a gentleman when we entered the store to purchase furniture for my oldest son. Right away he showed the best bed set I was looking for. Ok, I was pleased with the set and the customer service so I made my purchase in full. I went to another store to look for a bedroom set for my younger son, I didnt find anything in my price range for him at that store so I decided to go back and look in their warehouse. When I returned there was a bed/dresser I found and a dining room set. I spent over $3,000 in this store. Now here comes the part that killed me. Jesus originally told me to pay the delivery driver$120 for my first purchase. So upon us coming back to add more stuff he told me to now pay $180 for everything. I said cool ok. I made sure to ask if the info was correct. I said so dont pay 120 just pay them 180 and he said yes make sure you pay them when everything is delivered and set up. Delivery was scheduled for Friday 11/6/15 but Anthony called me the next day saying the furniture came in and if they could deliver it that day. So I didnt want to accept it until that Friday but my husband said to let them come. He met them at the house and they didnt put anything together, he was told they would put everything together on Friday and he paid them the delivery fee. (that pissed me off) Well, Friday never came and we waited all day Saturday and nothing came. So Monday they finally showed up and my youngest sons bed ended up broken. I was told they would replace the whole set, which they didnt. So now we have to wait. When they put my oldest sons bed together they broke a draw in his headboard and that had to be replaced. So now when the store calls me to say they will send another driver with the furniture which was 2 wks later this guy is looking for a delivery fee of $120. Im like no you need to contact the store because that fee has been paid already. So he even said they were wrong for calling him to do the job that Neil ( the driver) didnt finish. I had to deal with these people for 3 weeks while my lil boy was sleeping on his mattresses cause thats the only part of his bedroom set that was in his room. So much was said and done with these people that Ill be here all day typing and I cant. I will never deal with them again or recommend any friends or family. I would have rather spend the money at these expensive stores and get my stuff on time rather than these people. But they say you get what you pay for and boy did I. :-(

After they get your money they dont have time for you. The Jamaica location is horrible. I called to ask about my delivery and the person who answered the phone wouldnt even let me speak, he said be patient. The end result was the delivery guy called me at 12am to deliver my furniture by 1am. I said it to late and call the next day to speak to a manager to tell them what happened, and was told he was to busy to talk to me when I call at 10am and the store just opened. So I said ....I just spent $1100 dollars, and I cant speak to a manager then i dont want the furniture. I was told by Robert the associate that because they called me even tho it was at 12am and want to come to deliver and i said no its considered a refusal and I cant get a refund and hung up on me. Then the manager found time after all to call me back and say I cant get a refund. His name was Robert to, this is the worst place ever!! There is no district manager to speak to or customer service number to complain to what kind of business is this.
