Very good service and their activities really fantastic. Customer service is great! Found the coffee table at another store online for cheaper and Max, the owner or New Lots Furniture matched the price and did free delivery. He even came and assembled it himself! I was bummed the first time I visited the store because I drove an hour and the store was closed mid day and there was no sign posted. Although, Im sure this does not usually happen. I was also a bit disappointed that after assembly was completed, there was a small dent in the top of the coffee table. BUT, the owner ordered a new one and came to replace it himself, which was very nice! Would shop here again and would recommend it to friends!

I moved to a new apartment and my friend told me abut new lots furniture and Im defiantly recommending them to everyone. came in to one of the must beautiful and clean store. all the sales person ware busy with customers the offered me hot or cold drink will I witted. the sales lady that helped me Vivian was very nice I got a queen size bedroom set with the mattress set lamps and accessories that they have on special for $1488. she got me seclude for next day delivery from 2pm to 6pm. delivery guys came on time and setup my bedroom set. thank you Vivian and new lots furniture defiantly coming back for new living room.

I bought 2 bedroom sets one for my sons room and one for my daughters room. I bought the furniture in February 2015 and just 5 months later my sons top bunk fell down on my daughters head. My daughters bed frame is broken as well. I called the store but the manager had just left, I was told that he will call me on Sunday and would want to see the damage. Today is Friday so I will patiently wait for his call if not by Monday morning I will be in the store to see what can be done. Will update my review once I speak with the manager.

Vivian is the best sale person at New Lots Furniture.. Im a repeat customer. Every piece of furniture in my house came from New Lots Furniture. I even bought my grandmother a bedroom set from there. Theyre the most affordable option for the pieces Ive selected. Prices have always beaten the competition. Deliveries arrive on time always. Vivian is not pushy and she patient. And always ready to answer any of questions. My experience there is so wonderful with Vivian I would never shop at another furniture store....

First time I moved to the states came to the same store with my mom to buy our furniture and it was a good experience. Now 11 years later I come back to the same store and I get such great help from Viviana that, she has been so patient with me and has explain to me everything that makes it simple to understand. ALL I CAN SAY... SMH AT THE OWNER. HES PRETENTIOUS AND HIS LITTLE DAUGHTER UNFRIENDLY TO CUSTOMER, THE JEW WITH THE WHITE SHIRT IS VERY CREEPY, DOESNT SAY MUCH. HE STARE AT YOU LIKE HE NEVER SAW A BLACK MAN BEFORE. ITS A BLACK COMMUNITY. YOU HAVE TO BE REAL AND NOT PHONY. ANYWAY I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE AND GOT A BETTER DEAL WITH MY SNAP ACCOUNT. I ordered my furniture and in a few days timeframe it was delivered and I was pleased with it, no complaints. I would recommend my friends and anyone whose interested in furniture to go there. Called to ask some questions regarding the application process and was greeted by a rude woman. She was rude throughout the phone call, was considering ordering from them but decided no to. DO NOT DO Business WITH THEM! If this is the intial customer contact how would they treat customers after placing an order- Go to IKEA better service.

Customer service None-NegativE -1000% I walked into this furniture store to purchase a bedroom set .When i entered i got no greeting, no "i be with you in a minute" nothing!! !..i was in the store in a specific section for about 15min alone as i walked out i said thanks for no help & left in disgust . This store is selling garbage in our neighborhood and getting away with it the wood is not good its press wood, the so call leather set is not leather telling customers stuff thats not true pleather furniture. I will report them to consumers affairs for false advertising this garbage. Boycott boycott
