I ordered my bedroom set, kids bed, dining room, and living room with tables,was promised nice lamps and two carpets by my sales person Christina. In two days I recieved my bed and my kids bed, in 3 days my dining set. They brought my bedroom set in a week. The delivery guy broke my dresser and brought the wrong chest. Instead of a media chest they bought a regular chest. So they took everything back the next day. The manager at the store told me in 2 days they will bring my living room and bedroom set. Well 2 days turned into a week. The day it was suppose to come the manager told me Ill be the 1st delivery in the morning. It was 3pm by the time they came. And instead of everything coming now I have to wait 3 more days for my headboard and my media chest. And my lamps and rugs never came. They are rude, unprofessional and liars! Please go to another furniture store. The headaches are not worth it. I could never get a hold of no one when I needed too. I spent $2600 there and they treated me like crap after they got my mmoney! Go to another place. When u first go they treat u nice but once they get your money your no use to them. I thought customers are suppose to be treated good especially if you spend money. Yea sure they have a package for 1999 for 3 rooms but theres another place for 1500 with a 42 inch tv and you get 3 rooms.Please, please, please go somewhere else! This place is horrible!

Went into the store May 8th 2017 paid for a full sized head board, and dresser chest with my debit card. The salesman Emmanuel asked me to pay cash when I took out my debit card. I told him I didnt have $350 cash on me. He reluctantly took the debit card. Furniture was to be delivered the next day on the 9th, I stated calling the store about 3 pm when they didnt show up. Was told delivery at 4 PM, that came and went. I kept calling every hour until 10 pm they were closed, no furniture never delivered. The next day I called them, spoke with the salesman Emmanuel, He claimed he couldnt remembered me, and didnt know when I was talking about. I immediately called my bank, the badtards already took the money out my account. I told the bank they never delivered the furniture, and has my money. The bank took the money back from their account it was deposit into. Those people have the nerve to be harassing me and the money for my money paid to them for furniture they never delivered. Maybe they think I pick money off a tree, and can give it away free; but thats not happening! I will fight them in court if they dont stop this nonsense. Please be careful, dont purchase anything from that store. I dont know what kind of scam, or criminal activity they are running.

My fiance and I came in and brought a loveseat and couch (sectional with queen size bed fold out). The owner said we should get our furniture delivered in a week, but he would call us the next day to if the order could be expedited, but he never called. We actually called him two days later to only hear our furniture wouldnt be delivered until the following Wednesday. By this time is been two weeks, they deliver the loveseat only. We call to ask about the sectional and they say its going to be another week..long story short, we call back and he says another week.. Making it a month since we signed off on everything. The supposed owner says its not in his control because its coming from Ashley Furnitures warehouse. That shouldnt be the customers problem and maybe they should STOP carrying those products that come from "Ashley Furniture". They communicate horribly and never take responsibility. Id advise you not to spend your hard earned money at this place.

Delivery people came on day promised. When they got there, they only had one couch cause they broke the other in transit. Furthermore they brought wrong lamps and rug. They brought other couch 3 days later. I had to go to the store to get my lamps and rug 2 weeks later, after delivery date was changed 3 times. When I got to the store they had my lamps but no rug(LIARS). Im still currently waiting for my rug, its been 3 weeks, Im angry and decided to write this review.

Bought a wardrobe. I was expecting delivery @ 6. When I called them back 2 hours later, they lied to me that they were trying to reach me which they never did. Dont even apologize/ acknowledge their mistake. Came late in the night. Horrible service.
