All was fine initially when i made a purchase of a living room set, a kitchen set and a mattress. My chain reaction of disappointments with this company started when i paid for a delivery service and an assembly of the kitchen set. The delivery was merely a drop off of merchandise, they did not set up the kitchen table nor chairs. I understand that the delivery is different company but they are hired by the warehouse and therefore the warehouse should be held accountable for not communicating better with their delivery men. On top of that the delivery was incomplete with two important pieces missing for the table. I called the warehouse once again and was told they would call me back and they completely forgot about me. Now Im currently eating on a folding table because of the incompetence of this terrible company. Then on top of this huge headache theyve caused me, the mattress that i ordered is nothing like the one i felt in the actual store. I called the store to ask if i can return it and i was told that it was possible long as i hadnt opened the stress packing (which i havent) and when i went in person to return a mattress i was denied that service, even though i was told by a worker there that it was possible. The woman had the audacity to tell me it was against the law to return mattresses when according to 311 there is no such law. So i was now being lied to in my face. I highly recommend looking for another place to shop. The prices may be cheap but so is the actual merchandise and the customer service.

After a second visit to the Myrtle Ave site I made a purchase . Originally ,I was quite satisfied with the sales person that assisted me with my purchases, but I now have some issues with their custom service. A Simple request for a window of time for delivery turned into a considerable & prolong back a& forth conversation, to the point of having a manger of another store assisting. After explaining that my co-op has rules & regulations regarding deliveries & that an expected delivery time of 8pm is unacceptable & quite inappropriate Im now hoping for a delivery before 5pm. So after taking the day off from work I sit here & pray that my items arrive early enough that I m not penalized (financially). Secondly, I find it quite inappropriate for a salesperson that is supposed to be concentrating on accepting my money , to be in a consistent conversation in another Lanuage with their. co-worker while training a new worker that only speaks English Rude & Disrespecful!! After making my feeling known an apology was extended , which in all honesty was too little too late. I truly hope that future customers have a much better experience than I. I do have plans to purchase one other item from Express but i dont think it will be at the Myrtle Ave store. Thankful , &. Blessings to all Happy Fourth to all

when you buy a couch, youd think what would follow is, you know, getting a couch. not so with express furniture warehouse. old review: Ive never purchased furniture before, but man was this a good experience. Tiffany was super helpful - attentive but not annoying. With her help I found exactly what I wanted right in the bullseye of my target budget. 10/10, five stars, two thumbs up. All killer, no filler. new review: and heres the part where the review goes down to one star. when something is promised for delivery on a date, say oh i dont know april 25, 2017, and then the product you paid for never arrives with no call or explanation after you were assured at 6:30 that same evening it was on the truck and would be delivered, you better make sure its delivered. i will be calling them first thing in the morning and discussing my options with them, but this was a total disaster. i cant in good faith recommend this business to anyone.

Muy mal servicio el cliente tiene que pagar su delivery y nunca saben cuando pueden enviar las fornituas tuve una muy mala experiencia en esa tienda la maneger arelis desenpeña muy mal su trabajo no le importa la opinion del cliente sabiendo que el cliente siempre tiene la razon prefiere mejor devolver el dinero mediante un cheque para desentenderse del cliente ella le esta generando perdida a la tienda con su mala actitud

I was told I would get my sofa and matching tables the same day & moved all my old furniture out. The delivery wasnt made until 9pm & only half of the delivery was brought to me!! I called to get a refund on the other items and was told it would take up to 2 weeks to receive a refund by check in the mail! Ive read other reviews complaining about the deliveries not being on time and I gave them the benefit of a doubt & now I regret it!! They have decent prices but not worth the hassle!! Shop at BJ Nichols in Ridgewood they are amazing and should have went there instead they delivered my dining table the same day for less than half of the price that express furniture warehouse was charging me!! They need to really get their delivery problems fixed I dont ever go there again!!

AMAZING! After going to 4 different furniture stores in the area and feeling stressed and unsatisfied we happened across Express Furniture Warehouse. Upon entering I was immediately impressed by how big their selections were, Arelis was amazing and greeted us right away. She was so patient with us and helped us to find a perfect couch that was both stylish and within budget, we also picked out a Coffee table and 2 night stands all for less than we would have spent on just a couch anywhere else in the neighborhood. Ive been telling all of my friends about the great prices and customer service here. If you are looking for great quality furniture at a great price you have to go here!

I have visit this furniture store 3 times and every time they were pleasant, friendly and had amazing deals that you have to come in and visit to catch. The store is well kept, organized and full of wonderful pieces. From modern to fancy, theres some kind of furniture for anybody. I highly recommend this furniture store and this location in precisely you will find something comfortable and high end design for your home. Also you get same day delivery, the delivery company they work with is also awesome they climb several staircases to get a 3 seat sofa to my apartment. Thank you Arelis!

They have great furniture and great prices. Shantel was a great help and gave great suggestions. I just updated my review. This place gave me such a hard time to get my stuff. It took almost 3 weeks just to get my dining room set and a chest. They promised me things and then changed their mind and made so many excuses. They are quick to blame there drivers but it is not there fault. Who ever owns this chain they need to hire a new manager to run this place. I went from being a repeat buyer customer, to never again buying anything from them.
