Let me start off by giving a fair warning...stay away!!!!...okay now that we got that out the way, let me tell you my story. About 3 weeks ago from the time i am posting this up i went in this store to pirchase new couches, the man was helpful enough and everything ran smoothly. The problem is the customer service.i called them to see when the couches will be there, it was always the same answer "ill check now, let me call you back" no call. asked for a right facing chaise, when it finally got here, got the left, so then we had to wait for the ottoman, i call back. 4 times to be exact, they put me on hold and the call drops, so i would have to call right back. It feels like they people they hire are there on cousins looking for a quick dollar doing nothing. These people SUCK!!, if this was the last furniture store on earth i would honestly prefer to have an empty home than to ever do business with these people. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, STAY AWAY!!!

Me and my fiancee went to this store looking to buy a specific dining room set. The customer service we received was very helpful and courteous. We didnt get the set we came in for, however, we came away with a dining set that was not only beautiful, but for a price that was cheaper than the one we came for. Delivery was right on time, and the delivery man was so polite and professional. The whole experience was so beautiful that my fiancee gave the delivery man a $20 tip. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great quality furniture for a fair price, great customer service, and delivery that is on time . . . within 24 hours of purchase.

Employees at this business are extremely rude. I walked in looking for a particular item I saw online. Once I walked in, there were catalogs scattered every where and the store is really small. I asked the employee for help and he tried to search for the item. While he was searching, I saw a sign that says "No Refunds". So I asked him, "What happens if there are things I do not like when the items arrive". I was told "Then dont buy". I will never give my money to someone who cannot treat me with excellent customer service. If youre looking for excellent service or decent service, this place is not for you.

I bought a bedroom set and I received it yesterday. Im so happy from the service and price.I was skeptical because I read some of the other reviews that were bad, but wanted to see for myself. The employees were very nice and helped me with everything I needed. Im really happy I didnt listen and went to this store. I recommend this store to everyone.

furniture is not great quality but it is very, very affordable; they also deliver the furniture for free if its going close by in the neighborhood. big selection of items, plus you can order whats in their book as well. employees are very nice. i would reccomend!
