LISTEN!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS A LESSON IN GOOD BUSINESS. I have dealt with them in the past and never really was impressed with their service...but the price was right and quality was ok at best. I decided to go back for a sectional....WORSE DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!! It was a 3 piece special and the guy that placed my order listed 4 pieces....that was just the beginning. 2 wks later ..after losing a day at work b/c they gave me a false delivery date...they delivered the WRONG PIECE!!! After many frustrating calls and after them ordering the same WRONG piece again!!! The owner asked me to go back to the store....FROM QUEENS!!! TO make a long story short....its been over a month....credit card bill is due and I still DO NOT have my furniture!!!!! If you can go to another store..i suggest you do!!! They did not bother to give me a courtesy call to let me know what the status of my furniture was....I ALWAYS was the first to call. This place needs a lesson in good business. To say the very least (after my rant) I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

This and classic sofa beds are more expensive than other stores but I was in urgent need of a sofa so agreed to pay more to them just because their delivery was very quick - one week, they said. So one week came and I sat in all day, and eventually phoned them to see what was happening. The man on the phone laughed and said: "oh no! Not today! I cant think why we promised that. But maybe tomorrow." Sure enough it did not arrive "tomorrow" and they didnt even call to let me know. Then they said they would need one more week but I was to stop getting flustered as a "promise is a promise Madam" and it would be there on Sunday by 1pm. Guess what? It didnt arrive and they didnt even call to let me know. By 3 I called them and they said: "were not sure when it can be delivered now but it wont be today after all. Well call back." They never did. I am still waiting for my sofa to arrive...

I didnt have any issues making a purchase on my king sized bed. The woman who handled the transaction told me that it would be delivered in 7 to 10 business days if there were not any issues with shipping. The prices werent bad so I was happy with my purchase. My bed arrived on the eight day, so I had no issues with buying from here again.

The many things i really liked about this place was its quality furniture. the delivery was good too, they assembled everything quick. my wife is thrilled about our new bedroom set and we made a great choice choosing this furniture store. we are definitely coming back to buy more furniture. A+++

The furniture is amazing, best quality, and unbeatable prices. The service is the best, the people are very nice and they get the job done. Fast delivery overall, i had no problems. I will be back to buy more furniture.
